I was on pins and needles waiting for my chance to re-ignite my business and Paparazzi Premiere helped me do it. The ease of scanning in older jewelry, the simplicity of add new jewelry. It has been a no brainer. Even with some of the bugs, they are quick to responds and correct. I look forward to what’s to come with Premiere. Some customers, I’ve edited the order several times to add items. Very easy to keep track of their order. I love that I can very easily import my back office order. I have one place I can keep all my customers information. Oh, it’s very easy to see what I have in my inventory. I’m super excited to finally get all my inventory on the app. I haven’t tried the buy it now live feature, but exited to get started with that. I’ve done this over and over and over with different email accounts and I am not getting a reset password email in any of my email accounts. Something is not working properly on this app. I would love to use it and it would be a great time saver for me but it is not working for me at all. I’m hoping for all features of the Reply to Buy to be controlled by the individual such as other comment selling programs, with cart timers; being able to add to carts; seeing cart orders; preordering/waitlisted, etc. Another great feature to add is the ability to use the RTB codes on regular posts vs a FB Live. I have to manually put in the code which is very time consuming. The barcode can be clear and within the green box and still not pick up. It took me about 1 1/2 to 2 months to get all of my inventory added to it, but it has been a game changer for me. Invoicing is so much easier. There were a few things to iron out in the beginning, but they are on it! I have sent a few suggestions. If others send the same or similar suggestions, they take note. I have had a couple of things that I have called WayRoo about and they have also been wonderful to work with.
