Papas is absolutely amazing when it comes to food or milkshakes the delivery is never too long and the service is amazing. I love how easy it is to just go on the app and ordering. From the food to the milkshakes papas is definitely a 5 star app 

The milkshakes are like heaven and they have so many different options. 

The food is so good and it’s always the right temperature, never to hot never to cold.

After all getting together for a family takeaway.. we decided on papas... the order was £68... and they delivered it in 3 separate deliveries... when you speak to them they offer you a bottle of pop.. then hang up... never again 😡😡😡😡... totally ruined night...

The first time we ordered from here was nice food and value for money, but ordered for the second time tonight and though the food was good value for money was poor as the portion was half the size of the first time.

Can’t even check out, says I have an account associated with my phone number when I haven’t even used the app before. Tried to input my customer verification code but nowhere to even put it in. Very badly made I'm just trying to buy my food it shouldn’t be this difficult. 

Live chat section just takes you to an embedded link of a just eat-esque website nobody to actually give you the support you need
