## What is Paper Pond?

Fold a doodle or a note into origami and set it adrift. Someone, somewhere in the world, will fish it out of their pond.

Paper Pond is a slower, kinder corner of the internet: letters from people you've never met, drifting in a little at a time.

WRITE A LETTER
Write a note, draw a doodle, or both. Pick your paper and a fold, from a paper boat to a crane, koi or dragon, and watch it fold itself into origami and sail off across the world.

A FRESH BATCH EVERY EVENING
Every evening a handful of new letters floats onto your pond. Tap one to unfold it and see what's inside. Your batch arrives at 8 PM in your own time zone, or whenever you choose.

GO FISHING
Pond looking quiet? Step onto the dock, cast a line, and reel in another letter whenever you like.

WRITE BACK
Reply to a letter and you're connected. Keep talking in its thread, or in a one-to-one chat.

MAKE IT YOURS
Build your own cartoon picture, and set your pond beneath Mount Fuji, the Eiffel Tower and more. Climb from Ripple to Moon on the Water, and unlock achievements as you write.

QUIET BY DESIGN
Paper Pond only notifies you when someone writes back. Choose exactly which notifications you get, or turn them off.

SAFE AND PRIVATE
Paper Pond is for adults only. Block or report anyone in a tap. No ads, and your data is never sold.
