## What is Paper Proof?

Paper Proof is a secure and organized way for businesses to manage receipts, expenses, and check requests in one place.

Create workspaces for each business or company, invite team members, and control access with role-based permissions. Employees can submit receipts and check requests, while admins and bookkeepers review, approve, or reject submissions with full visibility into supporting documents.

Receipts can be uploaded by photo or file and automatically scanned to capture vendor, amount, and date, with manual entry always available. Expenses can be assigned to jobs, vendors, and expense categories for accurate tracking and reporting.

Check requests support approval workflows, rejection messaging, partial payments, check number tracking, and full submission history. Recurring check requests can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly to reduce repetitive work.

Bookkeepers have a centralized dashboard to manage submissions, search and filter records, download receipts as images or combined PDFs, and track missing receipts until resolved.

Paper Proof supports multiple devices, secure cloud storage, real-time notifications, and a mobile-optimized experience to keep teams organized and accountable from anywhere.
