## What is PaperFree?

PaperFree Business Card Maker scans a business card, pulls out the name, title, company, phones, emails, websites and address, and saves it as a real contact. Then it lets you design your own card from 800+ templates and export it in the formats a print shop actually asks for.

Key Features:
- Business Card Maker
- 800+ Business Card Templates
- Business Card Scanner & OCR
- Front & Back Card Scanning
- Batch Card Scanning
- Smart Contact Management
- Advanced Card Designer
- QR Code & vCard Sharing
- Professional PDF & Image Export
- Print-Ready Business Cards
- Private On-Device Processing & iCloud Sync

SCAN A CARD, GET A CONTACT
• Point the camera and the card is detected, straightened and read
• Front and back in one go — the back fills in what the front left out
• Batch mode for a stack of cards from a conference
• Every scan opens a review screen first, with anything uncertain flagged, so you fix it before it is saved rather than after
• Saves straight to Contacts, and checks for a duplicate first
• Reads 18 languages, all on device

REMEMBER WHO THEY WERE
• Tags, notes and favourites
• Optionally records where and when you met, so a card still means something months later
• Follow-up reminders, with a list of everyone still waiting on you
• Full-text search, and cards appear in Spotlight
• Finds likely duplicates and merges them without losing anything

DESIGN YOUR OWN
• 800+ templates across 16 categories — professional, minimal, bold, elegant, luxury, technical, creative, and industry sets for trades, health, real estate, hospitality and more
• Front and back, US, EU, JP or square sizes, or your own in millimetres
• Drag, resize, rotate, snap, layer, undo — add your own text, logos, QR codes and shapes
• Add your logo and the background is removed automatically
• Your profile fills every template in, so switching design never means retyping anything

SHARE IT
• A QR code carrying your full contact card, ready for any phone camera
• Share as vCard, or send the design itself
• Siri and Shortcuts: "Scan a card", "Share my card"

EXPORT PROPERLY
• PNG and JPEG, up to 300 DPI, with an optional transparent background
• PDF at the exact trim size, with vector text — not a picture in a wrapper
• Print-ready PDF with 3 mm bleed and crop marks, which is what a print shop asks for
• Print-at-home sheets: several cards on one A4 or Letter page with cut guides
• AirPrint, Save to Files, Save to Photos, share anywhere

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Scanning, text recognition and card design all happen on your device. Your cards are never uploaded to us, there is no account to create, and we collect nothing. Pro subscribers can sync between their own devices through their own private iCloud storage — which we cannot read either.

FREE AND PRO
Free includes 10 scans a month, 36 templates, unlimited saved card designs, and exports carrying a small watermark.

Card Maker Pro unlocks:
• Unlimited scans
• All 800+ templates
• Exports with no watermark
• Print-ready PDFs and print-at-home sheets
• Bulk export of every contact at once
• Your own text, logos, QR codes and shapes on a card
• iCloud sync and backup across your devices

Card Maker Pro is available as a weekly or a yearly subscription. Pricing varies by region — the exact price in your local currency is always shown in the app before you confirm.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before that period ends. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your Apple Account settings.

All of it runs on your device. No account, no sign-up, no server.
