## What is Paperless Billing Lite?

Paperless Billing is a HIPAA-conscious billing and rounding sheet designed for gastroenterologists. Capture patient demographics using OCR scanning, track daily procedures and diagnoses across the week, and generate a clean PDF billing sheet in one tap. Features include OCR scanning, diagnosis subfolders, custom procedures, follow-up tracking, and secure 7-day archive. It helps optimize the workflow by avoiding handwritten errors which providers come across when using pen and paper alternative.

### 10.7 — 2026-09-18

Here's what's new in v10.7:

1. Myochosis Coli added to the inpatient diagnosis list, in the Colitis folder between Microscopic Colitis and Neutropenic Colitis.

2. EUS FNA auto-Path — procedure codes 43238, 43242, 45342, and 45392 now automatically select the "Path" follow-up button, just like biopsy procedures do.

3. Fixed truncated Cancel button in all procedure multiselect menus (EGD, Colonoscopy, ERCP, EUS, etc.) — the Cancel and Add buttons are now full rectangular pill buttons that never get cut off.

4. Redesigned Provider Setup screen - (the initials circle → welcome screen):
   - "Welcome" moved toward the top
   - Quick Tour button sits just below it with breathing room
   - Name entry and Get Started button pushed further down
   - New **Tip Sheet** button in the middle space with 5 usage tips
   - Version info pinned to the very bottom

### 10.6 — 2026-09-16

- Custom diagnosis field now auto-focuses with a blinking cursor when Custom / Other is selected — start typing immediately without needing to tap the field
- Quick Notes now includes a Create Your Own button — tap it to name and save your own custom quick note bubble
- Custom quick note bubbles appear in a My Bubbles section in purple, below the built-in blue bubbles
- Long-press any custom bubble to edit its text or delete it
- Deleting a custom bubble asks for confirmation before removing it
- The Create Your Own button is always visible so new bubbles can be added at any time
- Custom quick note bubbles are saved and persist across sessions
- When more than 5 custom bubbles exist the Quick Notes sheet expands to full screen automatically to avoid scrolling

- Haptic feedback added throughout the app — every button tap gives a soft vibratory response
- Billing code buttons (N and F codes) give a medium haptic on selection
- Follow-up buttons give a soft haptic on toggle

- Successfully generating a billing PDF gives a success haptic
- Attempting to submit with incomplete patient data gives a warning haptic

### 10.4 — 2026-09-07

- Custom procedures entered via Custom / Other now appear in a dedicated Custom multiselect menu in the Add Procedure list for both adult and pediatric hospitals
- The Custom multiselect menu opens as a sheet showing all saved custom procedures with checkboxes on the left for multiselect and a red trash icon on the right for deletion
- Tapping the trash icon asks for confirmation before removing the custom procedure from your saved list
- Multiple custom procedures can be selected and added to the day at once
- Custom procedures are now easier to manage and reuse across patient cards
- Minor improvements

### 10.3 — 2026-09-06

- When a pediatric hospital is selected, Advanced Endoscopic Procedures, Gastric Pacemaker and POEM are hidden from the procedure menu as these are not performed in pediatric GI
- Procedure favorites system for pediatric hospitals — tap the star next to any procedure in EGD, Colonoscopy, Flex Sig, Esophagoscopy, G-Tube, ERCP, EUS, Strictures, and Resections multiselect menus to mark it as a favorite
- Starred favorite procedures appear in a Favorites multiselect at the very top of the Add Procedure menu for quick access when a pediatric hospital is selected
- Favorites are saved and persist across sessions
- Esophagoscopy, G-Tube, Colon Thru Stoma, Ileoscopy, Enteroscopy and POEM now open as multiselect menus for all hospitals — select multiple procedure codes at once
- Colon Thru Stoma, Ileoscopy, Enteroscopy and G-Tube open as half-screen multiselects to minimize scrolling
- Custom procedures entered via Custom / Other button now appear as a single line under the Favorites section — tap to select, hold to reveal a delete option
- Pediatric EGD multiselect no longer shows Halo 90, Halo 360, EndoFLIP and esoFLIP codes as these are not performed in pediatric GI
- Pediatric EGD multiselect includes EGD w/PEG, EGD w/PEG-J, EGD w/PEG to G-Button Exchange and EGD w/PEG-J to GJ Button Exchange
- Quick Tour now plays before the name entry screen on first install
- Quick Tour link moved above the name entry field in the provider screen and font size increased
- Minor improvements
