Some of the features are circular and when you go to a page, it tells you you can’t be there and then you go back and it takes you to that same page again. Features are not well labeled. And trying to share it with friends and family has been totally labororious. When you send your guests upstate’s it’s very confusing for them as almost no one can figure out the “tap to view” feature. I wish it sent my updates as an actual sms. Also- I tried to send out everyone my wedding website and they do not make links clickable in their messages. I have experienced lots of crashes doing basic actions like editing an invitation, adding guests, and updating RSVP status. If you choose to only give the app access to selected contacts, it does not work at all to add more selected contacts within the app (the app freezes). ### 3/5 — Coins Make No Sense *2026-04-17, version 8.25* Overall the app is a great concept and works very well. I wish there were more options of invites or more ways to edit them. What I don’t like is that you can’t edit how many guests an invitee can bring via the app. You can only do that on the desktop site. What I hate is the coin payment system! It’s very confusing and inconvenient. Just put a usd price per invite. The coin system makes no sense and should be removed. Intentionally or unintentionally misleading consumers about cost can lead to legal problems. ### 1/5 — Hard to navigate *2026-04-07, version 8.25* The coin system is not very clear and hard to navigate. There’s no customer service phone line to get technical support. Just emails with 24 hours turn arounds. I haven’t used it in a while, and I feel like I’m being charged for so many things that used to be free. I understand a little bit, but most of the time you don’t realize something is worth a coin until after you’ve created it. No confirmation of charges or why the charges keep going up. $30 for a guest list of 10 is excessive. I was charged 2 different times and customer service was nowhere to be found. Phone number leads to voicemail and no email confirmation to messages sent to customer service.
