## What is Paperless SnaggIt?

SnaggIt is the fastest way to capture and close out defects on site, built by Build Paperless for Australian builders.

Walk the job, photograph the snag, mark it up, assign it and move on. Every defect lands in the same Build Paperless account your office already runs on, so nothing gets lost between the site and the desk.

CAPTURE ON SITE
- Photograph defects straight from the camera or your library
- Mark up photos with arrows, boxes, text labels and dimensions
- Pinch to zoom for fine detail
- GPS-stamp where the defect was logged

PIN IT TO THE PLAN
- Pull up the plans your office uploaded to Build Paperless
- Tag pages as floor levels, elevations, roof or sections
- Drop a defect pin exactly where the problem is, on one plan or several
- Browse the whole job in a level-by-level plan navigator

ASSIGN AND CLOSE OUT
- Assign to your team or email any trade, no app needed on their end
- Automatic reminders until it is fixed
- Status flow from open to in progress, resolved and verified
- Choose which defects the homeowner can see in their portal
- Export a branded snag list PDF and share it

SnaggIt signs in with your Build Paperless account. A Builder Pro, Professional or Enterprise subscription is required.
