## What is PaperNext?

PaperNext – A modern client for paperless-ngx with advanced features.

Your documents. Everywhere.

PaperNext brings your digital archive right to your iPhone. Connect seamlessly to your paperless-ngx server and access all your documents – anytime, anywhere.

Find what you need

The powerful full-text search delivers the right document in a split second. Filter by tags, correspondents, document types, or use saved views for recurring searches.

Scan. Done.

Turn your iPhone into a mobile scanner. Smart edge detection captures your documents precisely, crops them automatically, and exports them as high-quality PDFs directly to your archive.

Everything at a glance

Capture new documents and enrich them with all relevant metadata. Manage tags, correspondents, document types, and custom fields – all in one place.

Secure and private

Your credentials are encrypted and stored locally. All data flows directly between your device and your server – no detours.

Thoughtfully designed

A clean interface that adapts to your preferences. Switch between light and dark mode and keep track of all important statistics with the dashboard. Access your documents even offline.

Requirement is a self-hosted paperless-ngx instance.
