Each profile has its own receipts, categories and companies. - **Fast profile switching:** Switch with a single tap from the profile chip in the navigation – on iPhone and Mac. - **Tax profile:** Store VAT mode, tax number, VAT ID and fiscal year per profile. These details flow automatically into cover sheets and export headers. - **Home office:** For personal profiles, Papero calculates the deductible work share of your receipts – by area or flat rate, for the categories you choose. - **Profile-aware exports:** CSV, DATEV, PDF, JSON and XML export only the active profile's receipts; the PDF export includes a dedicated home-office summary when that feature is enabled. New choice when re-scanning a receipt you've already captured: create a duplicate or replace the original – whichever you prefer. Sellers on marketplace invoices (e.g. Amazon) are now correctly recognized as the issuer instead of just the platform. Improved receipt analysis: Faster AI recognition for DACH-region documents with more accurate issuer and category suggestions. ### 2.9.0 — 2026-06-17 What's new in version 2.9.0 AI analysis much more precise Document analysis now uses a multi-level AI chain: exhibitors, positions, amounts, invoice number and payment information are extracted one after the other in a coherent context - this reduces errors and noticeably improves accuracy. Real-time preview during analysis Detected fields appear directly during scanning - the issuer, amount, VAT, invoice number and date are displayed step by step, even before the analysis is complete. Learning profiles more reliable The app-internal learning behavior - who prefers which categories, typical payment methods per exhibitor, known invoice formats - is now guaranteed to be loaded before the first analysis starts. Until now, proposals could remain empty, although data were available. Data backup optimized Learning profiles (exisors, categories, payment behavior) are correctly included in iCloud backups.
