The game won’t get past the loading screen has been like this for months I have deleted and redownloaded the app several times and it still won’t get past the loading screen. My daughter loves this app and she is getting upset because it’s not working

if anything I should be here rating this 5 stars because at the start I loved this game and played it everyday not just that I spent my money to unlock everything and now all of a sudden when I join and try to enter a place the loading stop when it’s about to reach the end. like seriously why has it been doing that? My WiFi is perfect and I have good signal just what is wrong with this game is it a scam or something?!! I need my money back or either you fix your game and take away the loading screen.

this is kind of like jibiland at first until i found out the magic wand that turns characters into hunan version and animal version!!!!!!!!!!!!! everything are so pretty too!!!!! i love it!!!!!!!!! only four scenes are playable and other 6 of them you dont have a chance to touch them without paying unlike jibiland.
