It’s a good game, but I can’t purchase anything because it’s not working.

I like the concept but it has a big problem. See every time I change anything it deletes all of my progress. When got it I was super excited, but then after I spent 30 minutes playing and came back everything was deleted. Please fix this please. Also could you make a hotel Papo game please.
