## What is Papriva?

Scan a receipt, find a contract, or sign a PDF—all without creating an account. Papriva keeps your paperwork in a private library with on-device OCR and optional personal iCloud sync.

SCAN AND FIND PAPERWORK
• Scan multi-page documents with the iPhone camera
• Import existing photos
• Import unlocked PDFs from Files (up to 200 pages and 100 MB)
• Search titles, recognized text, and merchant names
• Export new scans with an OCR text layer for searching and copying recognized text

SIGN AND FILL WITH PRO
• Draw a handwritten signature and place it on an upright PDF page
• Add your name, date, or other text
• Undo additions before saving
• Save a separate signed copy while keeping the original

ORGANIZE WHAT MATTERS
• Automatically group receipts, contracts, warranties, and notes
• Mark important documents as favorites
• Review detected totals and dates
• Set an optional on-device reminder before a due date

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• No Papriva account or login
• OCR and document analysis run on your iPhone
• No advertising or analytics SDKs
• Optional sync through the iCloud Documents container in your Apple Account
• Automatic local fallback when iCloud is unavailable
• Optional Face ID or device-passcode app lock

PDF STUDIO
• Merge documents into a new PDF
• Reorder or remove pages in a new copy
• Optimize a PDF copy for screen sharing
• Create a password-protected temporary PDF export

The free version stores up to ten documents and includes scanning, PDF importing, on-device OCR, and standard PDF export. Papriva Pro unlocks unlimited documents, Sign & Fill, and all PDF Studio tools. Choose monthly or yearly auto-renewable access, or a one-time lifetime purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings. Payment is charged to your Apple Account after confirmation. A lifetime purchase is a non-consumable purchase for Papriva.

Note: OCR quality depends on image clarity and language. The OCR text layer is added to new camera and photo scans; importing an image-only PDF does not automatically OCR its pages. Sign & Fill supports upright pages and creates a handwritten visual signature, not a certificate-based digital signature. Screen-optimized copies may lose the searchable text layer.
