Especially on All Shifts… why are the shifts listed out of order instead of being in order by shift start time? Additionally, please work on the notifications. It’s not just been with this recent update, but almost always, the notifications come in AFTER shifts start. This is unhelpful for so many reasons. Why even offer notifications if they don’t let you know before your shifts starts? ### 2/5 — Decent concept cheaply made *2025-06-05* My job switched to this app recently and it’s been nothing but problems. I’ve been scheduled to work during times I put in that I was unavailable. Furthermore you can’t see your availability after you put it in. Everytime you try to scroll back up the whole page reloads, shifts on “all shifts” aren’t in order, “my upcoming shifts” is confusing now with too much info.. It’s honestly a lot harder to see the shifts your scheduled and when looking at weeks where everyone is scheduled, why is it alphabetical now and not by time scheduled?? My count will delete itself, issues with imputing the truck, the nightly full count also didn’t have the right sections and products and I still can’t access my scheduling section. App or computer. Why have a forgot password button if it doesn’t even help you if you forgot your password? ### 1/5 — it sucks *2025-12-06, version 25.24* this app sucks so much if you are ever need an actually app the works amazingly get “when i work” it’s way better than whatever this app claims to be ### 1/5 — I wouldn't use this app if my restaurant didn't force me to *2025-11-24* First off, different roles are not color coordinated. For those working several different roles like me, it's helpful to have everything color coordinated. Additionally, there's no way to upload my shift schedule to my calendar. The last app we used had this function and it was VERY helpful. As for notifications, I turned on the 2-hours-before shift notification and the app proceeded to give me 10 notifications that I had a shift coming up for 2 hours straight. I only want ONE notification since my shifts don't upload to my calendar anymore. Instead I got annoyance! Functionality isn't a thing this app has either. Sure, you can swap or drop shifts, but sometimes you're trying to give a shift to a specific person without trading them. There is no option to do this and I already had a shift stolen from me because someone got to it first even though the other server was trying to give it to me.
