Good app
Pros: It’s so hard to find mini square prints for a reasonable price and they are super cute! The paper that the pictures are printed on is like a heavy card stock so it is pretty durable. The app itself is easy to use and they offer plenty of options. You are able to crop, and choose if you want a boarder around the pictures. I received the pictures in a reasonable amount of time, a little faster than I expected.
Cons: Shipping is super expensive ( $8-$15) but since the prints are so cheep it evens out in my opinion (that’s where they get you). The prints are on a matte paper, which I’m not super fond of because if your pictures are a little blurry it is more exaggerated on the paper. Just make sure the pictures are really good quality.
Overall I’m happy with this company based on the price. I’ve ordered probably well over 100 mini prints! I’ve only ever gotten the mini square prints. Definitely worth a shot!

Great gift idea
I explored many platforms prior to ordering my photo book. The Parabo Press interface was almost perfect (there is some room for improvement, but it’s the best of all the others I tried). It’s a good balance of ease of use and robust customization. I found myself editing and re-editing my photo choices and layouts until I finally had the perfect photo book which captured our family vacation at the beach. The price was fair and when it showed up, it was better than I expected. I am planning on ordering more.

Quaint & clean pictures
My friends and I only order all of our prints from Parabo. They have unique sizes and styles to choose from and look almost antique-ish. I love the quality and get compliments on them whenever I have people visit me in my office or friends see them hanging in my room! Their customer service team is also extremely accommodating and responsive, always willing to make your life easier if you run into any problems. Highly recommend Parabo to anyone looking to ditch Walgreens and go with a clean, simple way to display your pics! :)

Never sent pictures
If I could leave zero stars, I would, but 1 star is the lowest I can go. On July 25th I ordered some pictures for a surprise 50th Wedding Anniversary party we were planning for our parents. We loved the idea of re-printing photos from their wedding album with a white border and have the “vintage” feel. Well, order was placed, CC charged, but the party came and went (August 16) and pictures were never delivered. When contacting their customer supported, they stated they were shipped and I should have already received them and perhaps I should check with a neighbor to see if they revived them by mistake. Here it is Aug 26, and still no pictures. I had to order locally from a 1hour photo shop to have for our surprise party. I could not and will recommend Parabo Press to anyone.

Product over process
I will start by saying I’ve used Parabo loyally for a few years. I have gotten a variety of prints and have always been thrilled with the products received. That said, there have been bumps in the road. While the prices have increased, the shipping issues have as well. Once, my order was simply and completely just lost and had to be reprinted and re-sent. Those were for “free” prints so no biggie, I just had to jump through hoops with customer service. Now, however, after paying a bit extra for shipping, I’m tracking a (several days) late package with no real location info available. It just seems to me that if you can’t make firmer promises on shipping, you should offer only one type - slow. I’m sure I’ll love my engineer print when it arrives as our current one has been the centerpiece of our living room for two years, but I feel like this app lacks the ease of “order and forget about it til it shows up on your doorstep.”

Wait a second.. I think I’m in love!!!
I NEVER waste my time writing a review. Typically I don’t have strong opinions about any app.... However, I just received my first print order from Parabo Press and I am PUMPED UP!
First, the company’s app is easy to use. It has never been easier to upload photos and crop them just right (although I do wish I could edit them on the app).
Second, the communication is top notch. I did not have to worry if the “25 Free Prints” was a scam or not. I trusted the entire creation, check out and delivery process.
Finally, the prints were delivered in the CUTEST packaging. I was giddy opening it! And the pouch the prints came in protected them from any bad weather that could have destroyed them.
The quality of my prints is perfect and I love the size and aesthetic of them. I am thrilled that I will get to distribute these prints to loved ones for Christmas and I am looking forward to creating more prints with Parabo in the future.

Exemplary customer service
All companies should take note of Parabo Press’s outstanding customer service. I had ordered engineering prints just a couple months ago and loved them. I placed another order and they, unfortunately, were damaged in packing. I contacted Parabo and they immediately reprinted my order and express shipped it to me, arriving 5 (normal, not business) days after I contacted them. Their email exchange was friendly and personal and I look forward to ordering from them again. Love the final products and the service is icing on the cake!

Great pictures, be careful of sizing
I’m really happy with my order and experience with Parabo overall. The app was easy to use, and I got 58 pictures (including shipping) for $18. I was emailed on August 1st saying my order was being shipped and would get here in 10-15 days. I got it on August 6th, so I’m really happy with that. The pictures are printed on matte paper, which is great since you don’t have to worry about fingerprints (especially since mine are gonna be in my dorm). Also, the prints come in a nice resealable bag, so it’s easy to put them away if you’re using them to decorate a dorm like I am.
That being said, you have to be careful with the sizing of the pictures. Since it’s a square print, if your picture isn’t square things can be cut out. The app doesn’t have a sizing/crop option so you have to make sure to think of it yourself. They do tell you it’s a square print though, so it’s my fault really, but just as a warning, make sure you resize/crop your pictures before uploading them in the app.
Overall, very happy with my order, and if I want more pictures or a photo book I will definitely get it from them.

Amazing company!

Oh, for the love...
I’m always in for a good and useful app👍🏼but this one is truly the best (and most used👊🏼👊🏼). I get the 5x7 classic prints and use them to send out as postcards (via snail mail) you know everybody loves getting that! I’ve used this large newsprint to wrap gifts and the small square pics as gift tags too!! I’ve made a large wall print for our master bedroom and the “Parabo box” is so beautifully done! Superb quality too! (I realized I’ve really done a lot of these!!!!)😁but it’s so true! Also, their service and help and support and packaging are all top notch. Sorry (not sorry) that is review is so long and if you’ve gotten this far☺️then hooray and go get the app - you can thank me later😄😉

10/10 customer service is top notch
Eliana, customer helper reached out to let me know the photos I chose for the order I placed might not be the best option if I’m looking for crisp high quality prints (which I was.) She encouraged me to send higher resolution photos or new photos all together if I wanted to keep my order for engineer prints. I found higher res photos to which I sent back to her and another customer service angel, Christina hit me back making suggestions on some prints that might work better for the photos I wanted to use. She offered to re-fund my initial order and issued me another credit for my first ever order. It couldn’t have been easier. Parabo is cool but their customer service is excellent. I don’t know much about photo printing other than I like it—and I have a lot of photos of my cats that I’d like to have all over my home but Parabo makes it easy and is totally available to help if you have questions. I am really looking forward to my oder to arrive so I can place more! Definitely download the app and get your pictures off your phone and on your walls.

Good but slow
A friend recommended this app and decided to give it a try. Initially my first impression of the app was amazing and it seems very easy to use. However as I started making my photobook, loading the photos from my gallery for preview from time to time takes quite a long time! Sometimes it takes just a matter of seconds but most of the time, its just too slow to upload these photos from my gallery especially when I want to replace the selected photo with a different one. Such a bummer! I like this app but would even love it if the loading time doesnt take that long. hope this issue can be fixed :(

Great experience with customer service team
I had a great experience with parabo. I've ordered with them before when I was in high school and I loved the prints. They are great quality and it would be a cool way to use their pictures for decorations. Recently I've ordered another photo book and I was contacted by the team to ensure that I the images that I picked were actually proportioned the way I wanted it. They wanted to take the time to make sure that my book was going to be perfect. I was able to review the order and confirm that it was exactly the way I wanted it. I wanted to make a slight change in the title and I honestly thought that I would have to cancel the whole order and start over (something I vehemently wanted to avoid) but they were able to change the title and not cancel the order! They made sure that I knew that usually this isn't the case but they were able to make the exception for me. Shipping is a tad bit expensive for my taste but they usually have their prints free and I got my soft cover book for free so I really didn't mind the shipping cost. Great customer service team, great quality pictures. It's a small start up company with a lot of potential to go above and beyond.

Since then i have ordered square prints, engineer prints, fine prints, and etc. there is always deals going on and you can get something you like on a discount.

Simple, clean app, with top quality customer service
The Parabo app and products are both clean and elegant. What really shone to me though was the amazing customer support experiences I’ve had with them. Unfortunately my shipment was late and looking at the tracking details was just confusing me more. So I called up DHL and they told me that it would take some odd 38 more days for my order to arrive (I am located in SE Asia and my order apparently had to go from India to Germany and back to Asia again). I relayed this information to Parabo and they quickly got a reprint for me under Express shipping by FedEx. All through my multiple emails with Parabo I received responses within the hour, and some within 5 minutes. I’m happy with my experience and my product! Can recommend this app, service and company to all.

Amazing! Quality, reliable, quick, simple
I’ve used picture apps like Shutterfly, etc. but I like Parabo’s easy to follow app and products. It’s so simple yet my pictures came in so beautifully and really quick too. Free 24 pictures that’s insane and shipping isn’t even that bad ❤️😍 I’m in love with their magnetic alternatives, it’s so hassle free. Great quality prints and excellent customer service!
I have ordered from this company on 3 separate occasions and my pictures always came out great. The paper they use is sturdy and the matte finish make the square prints look amazing! To top it all off, their customer service is excellent! I lost the pictures from my previous orders when I deleted the app, but their customer service rep promptly sent me a copy of all of them when I emailed the company about it. I highly recommend this company and their products!

Mixed bag
I have ordered prints several times and have been super happy with them. I have recommended Parabo to lots of friends. Even with economy shipping they have arrived pretty quickly and are just beautiful. I love printing fewer pics that are higher quality, display worthy pieces I want to look at over and over. With that said, I recently ordered a calendar on a flash deal at a great price and based on my previous experience with economy shipping not taking forever, I didn’t pay extra for faster shipping. It has now been three weeks since I ordered the calendar and it still hasn’t come. It’s a good thing it was a 14 month calendar because by the time it arrives two of the months will be over. I really don’t understand why $8 shipping for an item that could be sent first class in the mail for $3 is taking 15 business days to travel 600 miles. Is it just sitting in a pile somewhere waiting to be picked up? I guess it’s the sacrifice for beautiful prints but it’s making me question whether I’ll use the service again.

Wanted to love it - app & website didn't work
I have a friend who has a gorgeous print from this app, but the website and app would not work for me. I would upload pictures to print, edit the frames and every time I added to my cart they disappeared. Whether it was multiple photo prints or an individually framed print. So infuriating. Spent all the time preparing and then it was lost. When I contacted customer service they said (just as a reply to a previous review here) to delete and re-download the app. 1) It also didn't work on the website and 2) If I just downloaded it and it didn't work, why would I continue to waste my time if all my work disappears? Really wanted to use this service. What a bummer. :(
