## What is Paraclete Field?

Paraclete Field is the companion app for crews working with the Paraclete platform. Complete daily reports, inspections, and repair documentation right from your phone - on the tower, in the field, or anywhere the job takes you, online or off.

Each organisation using Paraclete has its own workspace. Sign in to your organisation's workspace with the account your employer issued you, and everything you need is ready to go:

- Forms and inspections - fill out assigned forms with text, checklists, pass/fail items, dropdowns, dates, and more.
- Photos - capture jobsite photos directly into a report; they upload automatically, and queue safely when you're offline.
- Signatures - sign off on completed work on-device.
- Works offline - keep working with no signal; drafts and photos sync the moment you're back online.
- Drafts and routines - pick up in-progress work and recurring tasks.
- Resources - reference documents and PDFs, cached for offline use.
- Your profile - see your projects and recent submissions at a glance.

Built for the field: fast, simple, and reliable where connectivity isn't.

Paraclete Field requires an account with an organisation that uses the Paraclete platform. If your employer uses Paraclete, they will provide your workspace name and sign-in details.

## Version history (last 2 releases)

### 1.0.1 — 2026-09-01

Signing a JSA now shows you the sheet first. Open a signature request and you get the whole filed form, top to bottom, with the signature pad at the end — so you can read what you're putting your name to.

• Crews can sign on one phone. Whoever filled the sheet can hand it round, and each signature is recorded in that person's own name.
• It all works with no signal. Fill, sign and collect signatures in a dead zone; everything sends itself when you're back in coverage.
• Get told when someone needs your signature, instead of finding out next time you open the app.
