My company adopted this horrible app. Now we can’t quote some products we used to quote, and large jobs take so long we often have to leave without giving a price. Big jobs take hours and hours of data entry! I can’t believe this company is even in business with this thing!

This app is incredibly frustrating. Cross device functions vary, so if you want the most capabilities, you’ll need an iPad, phone, and laptop. Sometimes the address will take you to the wrong location with either Apple Maps or Google maps. I’m also not able to add multiple entry link items to a single quote making the quoting process complicated. I could go on.

App is slower than Christmas. There is a 5-20 second loading wheel between every option,size, photo, essentially every click you make. If my great grandmother was using this app she would be impressed but for 2025 it feels like we are using a palm pilot again.

Will not rotate on my screen other than long ways and no my screen is not locked. Never had this problem before with iPhone!

App has been pretty good but there is a bug in the current update where when you copy a package it doesn’t copy the quantity of units. The previous version didn’t have this so this is new so I wouldn’t update you app if you haven’t already

On iphone tap to call does not work. Nor can you use any features on phone. You can’t look up past appointments, only on an iPad, not the phone. No tap to call is a pain. If you’re on the road, you have to pull over, get out your iPad, look up the number and dial it. As there is not even an edit mode to use on the phone. App needs work. But it is still a cost effective way of quoting.
