We were having engine troubles, so I thought, perfect! (Wrong). After spending an hour placing my order, the employee asked for my coordinates and where my boat was. I’m in Marigot bay just outside the marina. Then she stated they don’t offer delivery service to boats at anchor. Mmm. Not what your app says. I was billed immediately and employee states it could take 7 days to get my money back. Nothing about this feels good. If they’re not going to offer straight to your boat delivery, then remove it from your website and app before you mislead anyone else. ### 5/5 — Awesome Service - great people *2024-05-27* We used the app to have food delivered directly to our boat. They produce was mostly cheaper than the super markets and they even have some things we couldn’t find in the supermarket at all like bell peppers etc so. The $5 delivery fee is also so worth it for the trouble it otherwise takes to get groceries on a boat! Especially for those bulky and heavy items. Also loved the simplicity of the colourful app and the explanations of the products. We loved it and would absolutely use it again when we’re located on the islands they offer it on.
