It was easy to talk to a REAL person, now it’s horrible! And…what’s with the awful ads?? They’re now so long and you have to sit there and wait to jump through all those hoops. It’s ridiculous! I don’t mind a sales ad showing up but when you click on a building to cash out and all the time there is a pop up ad that I have to hit the X sign in the corner 6 times to have it close is ridicules. I don’t mind spending a little money on a game I enjoy but I don’t have hundreds of dollars to contribute to a game. ### 1/5 — Lost my account *2025-10-07, version 12.550.1* I didn't play that much, but I had my account for over five years, and when boredom set in, I'd always log in for a week or a month, or every few months. I logged in last year, but my account is gone. I don't know how to restore it. I couldn't find a way to contact them. It also lacks The charm the first game had. I wish they would put the first game back up on the app store. I’d even pay money for it. ### 2/5 — Errors Crystals and energy *2025-09-26, version 12.550.1* This last week every time I go to use my crystals to purchase smoothies it says the cost is six crystals and you receive for smoothies to trade with tourists. I double tap to confirm it takes it out of my crystals and then it doesn’t give me the smoothies I tried it again it said it was 14 crystals for seven smoothies I tried it again it came out of my account and took the last of my crystals I had left and never gave me the smoothies to trade with the tourist. Also on destroying the ridge when needing to get 500 energy completed, I used crystals to buy those giant energy balls (almost 300 crystals for the cost) and I was only two energy away from 500 energy. I applied the super charger and it showed I only had 2 energy left needed. I did other tasks and went back to Destroy the ridge to use the 2 energy that accumulated and when I clicked on add the energy it now shows I only have 44 energy out of 500 completed! even though I purchased the energy ball with crystals successfully and it showed I only had 2 left to add. I am very frustrated by this because I’ve been playing this game since the original Paradise Island came out and I finally am doing well in the game and now all my crystals are gone none of the energy to complete the task happened despite purchasing it and applying it and none of the smoothies I bought which the gems were taken out of the account, were given to me. This happens many times a day. This game steels my time. They’re about 5 minutes now and you have to find and click about 4-5 close buttons. This game is literally pay to win. The union quests this week almost entirely required buildings that are bought with only gems. It’s become extremely bad. During the Beach Battles it was impossible to get past level two because I needed Beach Battles Achievement Awards. That’s impossible when the Beach Battle Achievement tab is not there. Customer service was of know help, simply apologizing and telling me it may take time. Well, the Beach Battles are over now so it’s a little late. Years ago if something like this happened they would have compensated with crystals or something. After more than 2 weeks the last update on the 20-5-26. Same thing again, crashes immediately. You obviously don’t give a rats. I only play 2 games and this was my favourite. Recently I reported to game insight that whomever runs their Facebook social media is very unfriendly to people. And what do you know…I was blocked! I think my paradise island time is over. It’s just the same recycled stuff anyway. Nothing fresh or new and if there is, you always have to spend lots of money to achieve it. Love the deals, so I drop $ easily to support the game. But one thing keeps me from giving this game a 5 star: the event times are too short! I want to buy the passes for the events, but all the time I only complete half of the season. If events/seasons were more achievable (4 weeks perhaps), then it’d be worth buying the passes because you actually can get all the rewards. Moreover, there’s the extra bonus season after you complete the main event, which is not even a possibility with the timespan given. The same goes for the island tasks to advance the story; the time given is way too short to achieve any bonuses. It’s an island game about relaxing and building, not a speed race. The easier and more enjoyable you make people get rewards, the more they stay, play, and pay. I’ll happily spend the money, but the rewards availability has to be worth my timespan. Hopefully this changes in the future! But I found a problem. When upgrading buildings through synthesis, a large number of standard blueprints are needed. I know they can be obtained from the workshop, but the ways to get these standard blueprints in the workshop are contradictory. I don't know if there are other ways that I haven't discovered yet. This really bothers me 😢. Maybe it's because I'm Chinese and have some language barriers, so I also want to ask if a Chinese mode can be developed in the future.
