We frequently travel within Spain and this app makes it super convenient and easy to reserve and access the information of the various paradores.

De momento la aplicación no sirve absolutamente para nada en los iPhone. Siempre muestra error. Da igual que se desinstale y se vuelva a instalar la aplicación. Siempre sale error. 
Eso sí, el servicio telefónico de Paradores funciona fenomenal

Paradores desde 1928. Y deben de tener los mismos medios que entonces. 
No se permiten más formas de pago que con tarjeta. Una vez rellenados todos los datos no permite pagar. 
Es desesperante la app. 
Si fuese una cadena hotelera privada es obvio que funcionaría de otra forma.

It is a travesty that somebody would put out an app that works this poorly. It deserves 0 stars.  Years ago it used to work, but no longer. For example, right now with the Black Friday sale, the app just spins continuously. It never fully loads. It never lets you login. We have an Amigo account but it is useless with this app. You touch the account profile icon and nothing ever happens. It is useless artwork that is not a functioning application.  Thankfully, miraculously, the website works.

Da einige Bewertungen schon etwas älter waren, beschloss ich, mir selbst ein Bild zu machen.

Die App fragt zu Beginn nach Berechtigungen, Mitteilungen senden und den Standort verwenden zu dürfen.
Was mir nicht gefällt ist, dass die App den Standort am liebsten auch dann sehen würde, wenn ich die nicht benutze, aber das kann man in iOS ja zum Glück unterbinden.

Anhand meines Standortes wurde vermutlich automatisch Deutsch eingestellt. Ansonsten findet sich die Sprachauswahl im Schlecht übersetzten Menü ganz unten (Länderkürzel mit Pfeil).

Den Cookiebanner musste ich dennoch auf Spanisch überwinden. Auch auf der schwer zu findenden Karte sind die Buttons auf Spanisch – außerdem führen sie nirgendwo hin. Die Suchefunktion scheint auch nicht zu funktionieren.

So ist die App für mich leider total discunktional.
