It is a complete OUTRAGE you actually have to pay a subscription to use this rubbish. Unfortunately I have no choice with our paradox alarm system but am absolutely fed up with this and it NEVER gets resolved. I am seriously considering ditching our Paradox alarm altogether. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2026-07-16* Never connects. **Developer response:** Dear customer, Sorry for the inconvenience. Tapping on the renew button should fix the connection in a few minutes. We have released new firmware for IP150/+ and PCS265V8, which connects to the new, fast, and reliable MQTT server. Had to work in parallel the insite gold app to get acess. Notifications vever cleared which is very confusing as we have to check all the time.
