If there were an alternative, I would be using it now and not writing this review. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2025-09-27* This app is awful. Has only one or two mls per state. Face ID works but password doesn’t . ### 1/5 — Need help setting up *2024-10-06* Can someone reach out to help set me up I can’t find customer service info. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Won’t Login After You’ve Logged into Desktop Version!! *2026-06-07* It’s incredibly annoying when you are trying to get work done remotely from your phone or sync into with your client and it won’t let you login with the same exact user name and pass. that you just used on your laptop before walking out, to login. Somebody fix the bug and send out an email or update this app. Nothing worse than productivity being messed with because of glitches in platforms needed to do your job!!!!! ### 1/5 — Not User Friendly *2026-03-31, version 1.7.0* Such a poor app for the amount of money being spent to use paragon. It’s not quick or efficient. This was an app built by people who have never dipped a toe into real estate. ABRE3GO was much more user friendly to look up information on the go. Most people in the industry find this app to be so lacklustre and underwhelming. This is inferior to every other one in the area. Crashes a lot, requires constant deletion and reinstall. Often times I will try to open the app. It will ask me for my area and my login again. After I input all of that, it just sits there and bubbles and never opens. The only thing I have found is deleting it and reinstalling it. Stuck in loading phase again after trying to log in. Sure wish it would just work consistently. The app is very responsive, love the power search, really love the layout. Still learning more about the app itself, if I can get the broker bay link to work it would be an absolute wrap. My favorite thing about the app is I can quickly see dimensions of the property, and it’s easy to follow. Highlights the subdivision, and super easy to get to tax records. I’m still learning more. But no way does it deserve a 2.0.
