It does not allow me to use them. And now for the past several days, I can’t even get the app to load. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times on my iPhone. It is very frustrating. ### 1/5 — App freezes on opening screen *2023-10-03* Was working fine now it freezes on opening screen on my iPhone 12 I should have at least 2 free tickets but no way to redeem them ### 1/5 — App Stopped Working *2023-10-03* Paragon theaters app was working fine. Now it only shows a loading screen with the logo. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times. If you are one of the rare people lucky enough to get to work, you’ll enjoy the benefit of having to pay a ticket service fee just for the benefit of suffering with the application. ### 1/5 — This app is horrendous *2024-03-07* This app either works or doesn’t work it’s very annoying. I never had a membership number and tried looking it up but couldn’t find it. I called the theater and they didn’t know. They advertise that certain points get you free tickets but you can’t even open the app to access your “rewards”. I’d think it be in the theaters advantage to not only get advanced bookings, but not need the utility of a ticket agent in the process.
