It works pretty good on the iPad when it works. THe big issue is that if your remote into your environment and then RDP to another computer within session, none of the alphabetical letters and numbers work in the RDP session, but all the special keys just fine. It is very strange. However about 6 weeks ago the keyboard will no longer pop up. I enabled the ´always pop up ´ feature in settings - no success. I deleted both Parallels and the app I use it with, reloaded - no success. Parallels is severly cripled without the ability to use the on screen keyboard. I can no longer recommend this product. If your app has an iPad extension that requires Parallels, move on to another solution, Parallels is essentially dead on the iPad. And if you are wondering, yes all my apps are updated automatically. ### 1/5 — It stinks. *2021-09-08, version 18.1.22697* I’ve used this service since 2001 and now I can only open it on my computer. As I use my iPad and Samsung phone for several updates a day, it is beyond frustrating. When I contacted Telechart, they just sent three pages of instructions which didn’t work either. My Samsung phone was ok, just more difficult to get into my charts until recently, now charts are gone. It would be nice to get an IN PERSON VISIT with an expert to fix this not just an email print out.. I, along with too many others, have paid way too much to have an update that is total frustration. Have praised it many years, but not now. What it does, it does beautifully. This on the other hand is terrible. I just need to be able to add different virtual devices so I can connect directly. I can only connect directly to the host device. Using a Mac studio with multiple virtual devices, I could use RDP or any other client but I was hoping to keep everything in house with one technology. Since then the app crashes every time I hit enter on the magic keyboard but on the device keyboard, the enter works normally. The app is fantastic and it is an essential tool for my work. Please work on an update and release asap. Thank you! ### 5/5 — Screen adjustment *2022-12-13, version 19.1.0.23485* Please update for iPhone 13 Pro Max, the graphics is awesome but it doesn’t extend all the screen, has a black bug border on each side when the phone is on landscape. ### 5/5 — (修正済み)低解像度で表示されるようになってしまった *2022-09-03, version 19.0.2.23357* 下記の問題は19.0.2.23357で修正されました。 バージョン19.0.0にアップデートしたところ、ディスプレイ設定を変更していないにも関わらず、画面表示が荒くなり、拡大しないと表示されている文字が読めないほどの状態になってしまいました。今まではdot by dotでも情報が落ちることなく表示されていましたので、アップデートに伴い何か変更が入ったのでしょうか。 ### 5/5 — ipados 14.2 のリモートデスクトップモード だと日本語入力が不便 *2021-01-23, version 18.0.22344* ipad mini で運用中。 リモートデスクトップモードでリモート先に接続した時、ios12.7に対応したバージョン で日本語入力すると、リモート先に入力した内容がそのままセットされていました。 ipados14 に対応したバージョンにアップデートしてからは、日本語入力すると、リモート先にはセットされず、リモート元(ipadmini側)に表示されるだけになってしまいました。 テキスト送信用のボタンは用意されており、その機能を使えば、日本語もセットされますが、画面下部にスペースが取られてしまい、その分画面を余分にスクロールしないといけません。 その機能をオフにすれば、画面一杯にリモート先のデスクトップが縮小されて、表示されます。 日本語中心の利用では、かなり不便になってしまいました。 2021／01／22 追記 ver18.0.22344 になって、日本語入力が直接反映されるようになりました。 マウスカーソルも直接制御されてて、右クリックでメニューも開きます。 最高の環境はなりました。 ありがとうございました。 ### 5/5 — Amazing *2020-02-03, version 17.0.21518* After the recent updates, app works flawlessly. Muchas gracias y felicidades por la App que para mí es de las mejores ### 4/5 — Verbindungsabbruch *2020-09-04, version 17.1.21805* Seit der neuesten Version wird ein Verbindung, die einige Minuten bei geschlossenem Bildschirm im Hintergrund läuft, bei wieder einschalten geschlossen mit der Meldung „RDP Sitzung beenden“ mit der Option OK oder Bericht senden. Bei älteren Versionen hat er mit Authentifizierung 1/10 etc... die Verbindung wieder aufgebaut ohne komplett herauszufliegen. Könnt ihr das so schnell wie möglich wieder beheben ? Rückfragen auch gerne in direkter Kommunikation.
