I went through over 500 of the 600+ questions. I finished my paramedic NREMT test just over 80 questions. Well worth the investment. ### 5/5 — BEST NC / NREMT study App *2020-09-06, version 6.7.9* If you are a North Carolina paramedic/student and/or studying for the NREMT, this is the BEST app. Sources are factual, questions are realistic to both the NC state exam and NREMT exam. Wording is very similar as well. HIGHLY recommend this to any paramedic student. Keep in mind that it’s important to study the explaination after answering a question. I felt the exam was very easy and I was prepared for every question and confident in all my answers. The bulk of my exam was in non traditional medical questions. HAZMAT , Operations, Radio communications, and triage. I didn’t ever expect my exam to have the bulk of my questions to be non ALS. I do not believe I would have been as prepared if not for the APP. It forced me to study operational questions. I did questions over and over until I nearly got 100 percent on the sections. At first the questions were extremely difficult as they didn’t match the course syllabus; however, over time they became relevant and easier to understand.
