## What is ParamWatch?

ParamWatch turns your Apple Watch into a real-time dashboard for your body and your surroundings. No extra hardware, no subscription — just clean, live data directly from your watch sensors.

BIOMETRICS PAGE
· Heart Rate — continuous BPM from HealthKit
· SpO₂ — blood oxygen saturation
· HRV — heart rate variability in milliseconds, a key indicator of recovery and stress
· Respiratory Rate — breaths per minute

ACTIVITY PAGE
· Speed — real-time GPS speed in km/h with satellite lock indicator
· Altitude — elevation above sea level in metres
· Distance — total walking/running distance for the day
· Steps — step count since midnight
· Calories — active energy burned today
· Weather — outdoor temperature and humidity, refreshed every 2 minutes from your current location

DESIGNED FOR WATCH
ParamWatch is a standalone watchOS app. No iPhone app required, no companion needed. The interface fits the watch face with two swipeable pages so every metric is one glance away.

PRIVACY FIRST
All health data stays on your device. ParamWatch reads from HealthKit but never stores or uploads your personal data. Weather is fetched anonymously from the open-source Open-Meteo API using only your current coordinates — no account required.

COMPLICATION INCLUDED
A watch complication lets you pin heart rate, speed, and distance directly on any watch face that supports rectangular complications.
