I agree expensive game if you can’t play it. My game is stuck on making the punch card. Nothing works on it and can’t move forward. I think they meant they read your initial review that this game was fixed & for them it still had issues. Of course it’s ridiculous to put that on you (not to mention the way it was phrased) but you also mentioned how only your interaction with Elephant was heard. We long time HOPA fans are aware & appreciative of your efforts. I know w/o your & other’s efforts I wouldn’t have been able to play these games after BF. I wouldn’t stress over 1 reviewers comment. The update enabled me to progress much further into the game…stuck again though at the coastal house. I am unable to retrieve the diary and now can go no further. Please help developers. What exactly have you done? Oh, that’s right, NOTHING! I wrote another letter to Elephant, and the game was removed from the App Store and repaired. They saw all of your complaints but it took my letter to get the game to be playable! Except for some major touchscreen sensitivity issues, this was intrinsically a good game. It was lengthy, had an interesting storyline (akin to a Hatfield/McCoy feud) and had a wonderful variety of HO scenes. There were some challenging puzzles as well, and some were made more difficult because they were hard to manipulate. The basic gameplay and tasks were typical of Elephant’s ability to make the game addictive. The saga of trying to find Rick continued, and I won’t give you any more spoilers. But I do miss Rick’s sarcastic wit and amazing sense of humor, so hopefully Rachel will finally find him in the next installment. If not for an appalling lack of touchscreen sensitivity on the gameplay interface, this would have been a 5 star game. Most of you did not give it a chance after Elephant repaired it, nor did you update your reviews. Although frustrating at times this game was able to be played and enjoyed. Based on the other reviews, I won’t attempt to play the free trial. To all developers: don’t release flawed games because you’re in a hurry. Get it right in the first place because all the back and forth with glitchy games just aggravates your customers and does not further your brand. There is a dining room scene where there is a journal (book) located behind a wall picture puzzle. The journal is there clear as day, but you can’t take it no matter how you try. Today is Tuesday, June 21, and this problem has existed since I purchase the game roughly 10 days ago. Please fix! Edit: The above issue has been resolved.
