### 1/5 — Poor functionality. Zero support

*2026-03-19*

Premium subscriber here. This application fails miserably compared with its competition, including some free alternatives. But the biggest problem is that my several attempts to reach support have yielded absolutely no acknowledgement or response. Not recommended at all.

**Developer response:** Hello, I apologize for the late response. It seems we had a problem with our website's contact form. You can reach us at support@nixes.io
