I have all the tools in the tool box, with all the skins. However I keep getting repeat tools and skins, as if they are new. I have 3 tools which I have not yet used on clients. I had hoped that by playing a few more levels (days) that these would be needed. I have played another 30 levels and this still hasn’t happened! There are way too many adds! These also interrupt play removing any SMR benefits from the game! I don’t see the point of building and upgrading stuff in the hospital, all of which are at level 35. I had hopes for this game when I started playing but will now remove it.
