I’m out. *2026-08-16, version 8.6.3* I don’t have a problem paying for features - I subscribed for a few years back when the app was under five dollars per year. This renewal raises the price 40% with no new features. If there were a save/archive option I might reconsider, but I don’t need this app enough to justify a 40% price increase. I’d consider a one-time purchase but subscriptions are not something I want to support. ### 4/5 — Great, Vinted integration would be even better *2026-08-12, version 8.6.4* Very useful little app that blends in neatly with proprietary iOS/iPadOS/MacOS apps. You used to have to re-login to Amazon maybe once a month, it’s now every two days or so. This is quite a downgrade. This could very much be due to increased restrictions on Amazon’s API but it’s worth knowing for anyone considering subscribing. It’s very annoying and cumbersome for Amazon packages now. It would be nice if you can add additional integrations to track shipments automatically similar to the Amazon feature. eBay would be a good one to start with, perhaps USPS as well to automatically get incoming packages from their informed delivery. ### 3/5 — I want to love it, but it’s missing key features that are free in similar apps *2026-07-13, version 8.6.4* This is the most polished-looking, simple-yet-effective delivery tracking app I've tried - and I've tried many. It even handles Amazon like a champ - which is what drove me to replace Route recently. Route does Amazon auth too, but seems pretty glitchy with it. My only gripe with it is the lack of support for adding tracking automatically from Gmail. Almost every major tracking app does this these days - and for free. Now if you're privacy-minded, and don't WANT a delivery app reading your email, this is the app to get. Not sarcasm - it really is the best one I've tried. I’m just too ADHD (diagnosed lol) to remember to add it manually, and is the whole reason I want a package tracker. Also if you primarily only buy from Amazon - again, this is the app for you. I’m going to have to switch back to Route or maybe try AfterShip myself, though. Just don't want to pay for an app that makes me work harder than ones I don't have to pay for, you know? 🥲 ### 5/5 — My Go-To Delivery Tracker for Years! *2026-07-07, version 8.6.3* This app has been improved steadily over the years and I love using it. Very tidy, with an IOS version and a MAC OS version that interfaces. Den Fehler mit den Track Meldungen auf Englisch habe ich selbst gefunden, falls es jemanden interessiert. Bei der Paketdienst Auswahl nicht DPD Germany wählen, sondern DPD Group. Dann kommen die Meldungen wieder auf Deutsch. Dieses App war mal das Beste für die Paket Verfolgung. Leider wird es in letzter Zeit immer schlechter. Trotz Jahresabo mit angeblich unbegrenzter Paketmenge hat der Entwickler die Stückzahl ohne Preisnachlass auf 100 Pakete pro Anbieter Monat begrenzt. Seit dem letzten Update stimmt der Inhalt der Push Meldungen auch nicht mehr sinngemäß mit den Meldungen vom Originalpaket Versender überein. Das ist der schwerwiegende Teil der Verschlechterung. Man kann gar nicht mehr nachvollziehen in welchem Stadium sich das Paket genau befindet. Auch auch die Teilen Funktion über WhatsApp oder SMS funktioniert nicht mehr einwandfrei. Es wird weder die Sendungsnummer angezeigt noch die letzte Meldung, wo sich das Paket befindet. Also eigentlich ist das auch nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. Der Entwickler reagiert leider auf Bitten diese Fehler zu korrigieren überhaupt nicht. Sobald das alles wieder korrigiert ist und funktioniert, gibt es auch wieder fünf Sterne. ### 4/5 — Would give 5 star but just missing one key functionality for me *2026-07-01, version 8.6.4* Excellent app, really useful. However, I think it would be really useful if the app could look at the Mail app and know and add delivery information by itself. As that app gradually stopped keeping up with FedEx and UPS—often forcing me to visit the carrier websites just to check shipment status—I started looking for a more reliable alternative. Parcel has been exactly that. It has a clean, attractive interface, reliable tracking, and satisfying visual cues that make it easy to see what’s waiting for updates, what’s in transit, and what’s been delivered. A basic function of any app. What is the point of tracking packages in a separate app if I’m not getting updates about them? I can no longer track anything nothing works and says pending. It says they now require a subscription. After many years of supporting their app suddenly it's paid no warning. No one wants another subscription to track a few packages. Not only that, my current subscription, paid through August, is no longer valid. I see ads again and am limited to only seeing three deliveries. As a result I simply canceled the subscription and deleted the app. Customer lost. Update to response from Dev: You have a valid reason for the price increase; had no idea you have to pay carriers for tracking info.. that’s nuts. Still, the fact that Apple appears to be allowing price increases to invalidate existing subscriptions is a problem. This is not the first time I have encountered this. ### 1/5 — Only provides timely updates for 5-10 deliveries per month. *2026-06-07, version 8.6.2* I’ve been a happy premium for subscriber for 7+ years, but they’re now only providing real time updates for 5-10 USPS deliveries per month for premium subscribers. Also, is it 5 or 10? Both are ridiculously low, but why provide a range? Many people receive 5+ packages a week just from Amazon. Wow, what a disappointment. I just canceled my subscription and would give zero stars if it were an option. If you must, please add a premium tier at $10-15 a month for the unlimited tracking expected with a subscription. Also, please hire someone with customer service skills to respond to these reviews. Insulting paying customers is never a good look. ### 1/5 — Huge price increase for what? *2026-06-07, version 8.6.2* Update: in 2026 the price is increasing AGAIN. Now it’s $7/year. It started as $3/year when I signed up in 2020. This is ridiculous. I’m canceling. I cannot support greedy developers, especially ones who raise prices on longtime subscribers. Previous review: This app went from $3/year to $5/year, an increase of 67% which is a lot more than inflation. No discount for existing users. I’m so tired of apps increasing their prices. Sure it’s only an extra $2 per year, but come on.
