I can’t find anything online about the hardware in the Parcel Guard. I wish companies were more careful about discontinuing cloud services by open source hardware access their products to not make them complete useless for buyers. Unfortunately it’s not the case and this is just a last remain of another bad cloud based product that has died. ### 3/5 — No connection website *2025-01-02* I need help. ### 1/5 — No longer supported! *2024-11-29* Was good while it lasted but alas Danby no longer supports the app and the app no longer works. So the features that made the parcel box are a bust! J’ai essayé l’application sur un Androïde et l’application bien que lente fonctionne. Alors SVP mettez l’application à jour pour iPad et IPhone et si la boîte fonctionne correctement je réviserai mes commentaires. Connection to the device works rarely, accounts have permissions added and revoked frequently, even changing menus sometimes takes minutes while the app tries to load. This makes the device a very expensive lockbox and not much more. If you are buying for the smart elements, look elsewhere. The parcel guard itself is however well designed and feature rich.
