Poorly Conceived User Experience - Again an app is released without a dark mode. It is high time this was just a standard procedure. I am visually impaired and require dark mode other people also enjoy dark mode. This should just be standard by now for all apps. If you could update it, thank you very much. It might be useful then.

This is not an app to track your packages. It is loaded with ads for other apps that track your packages which probably also don’t track your packages. Like the guy above o believe this is an app that gets your personal info. Do not trust this app.

I will be working hard & diligently to get this platform shut down, the dynamic’s and features on this app lacks everything a tracking platform should have. It always closes when I try to write a review and still shows the same “shipment en route/in transit” message with no updates whatsoever.

It’s a coincidence that ever since I downloaded this app two days ago my FedEx and UPS has been having issues with delivery in which I’ve never had a problem with them, so I believe it’s through this app that my information has been hacked and I’m not receiving my packages. They’re going somewhere else until somebody else.
