This app makes it very convenient for me to get properties directly from the OTC list. I’m currently at 33 doors and looking to get 100. I’m sure this will be the app to help me accomplish that goal! @taxdeedwolf

I appreciate the convenience! It’s worth the investment to have all of this work done through an app instead of having to do all of the  leg work yourself! 
If you’re looking into tax liens, this answers all the questions you need to know to get into this business!

This app is a great addition to my research toolkit. It’s simple and easy to navigate. I can find out exactly where the parcel is and get some google street views of it with just a few clicks. Definitely worth the money.
