## What is Pardeo?

When you stare at a screen, blinking often drops. Pardeo is a quiet companion that helps you practice blinking while you work, study, or play. Use it on iPhone or iPad.

The app uses the camera to count blinks on your device. Sessions run in short rounds. Hit your blink goal and you earn a "Yay". Miss it and you get a "Nay". No pressure, no guilt.

Features:
-On device blink counting. Nothing is uploaded.
-Short sessions with a blink goal you can tune.
-A companion "light" that grows with each Yay. It never dies, never nags, and never asks for anything.
-A gentle daily ritual. Optional presence, never a streak.
-Home Screen widget to see your light and today’s ritual at a glance.
-Haptics and sounds during sessions. (You can turn it off in settings)
 -Session history with round-by-round detail.
-Label what you were doing (work, study, games, etc)
-Export your history (CSV or JSON).
-Share a card of your light.
 -English and Spanish.
-No account. No cloud. Photos and video are never saved.

Pardeo is not a doctor and does not diagnose, treat, or replace professional care. If your eyes bother you, talk to a qualified professional.
