Give all info to create an account but wont get past the permission screen allowing China to Hoover up your data to actually add a device. I was hopeful

Authorized pard dealer, having issues getting customers registered on the pard 2 app. Registration screen doesn’t work.

Previous version was showing viewfinder fine even though it’s not very smooth app. The latest version won’t even display viewfinder note able to play files from devices on two different scopes (sa62 and nv008sp2).

Read through a few online reviews and found that you need to turn off mobile data. The previous version works without doing so. Why this one? If that is a requirement then pop that up on the screen to prompt turn off mobile data

New gui is sure a bit smoother upgrades.

Was a bit worried when I saw the reviews for this app after buying my nv007v. I could not get the app to display the video even after successfully connecting via the scopes built in WiFi. Then it occurred to me to try turning off my cell connection on my iPhone 16 and bam, live video feed popped up and I could see recorded clips and download etc. not sure why this works but it was a weird step I learned when trying to add lifx bulbs awhile back that I was having trouble with.
