## What is Pare?

Pare strips away the noise. One tap blocks the apps and websites that steal your focus — for as long as you choose.

No subscription. No account. No data collected. Just intentional focus when you need it.

  HOW IT WORKS
  • Choose a mode — Focus, Family, or Sleep — or create your own
  • Tap "Pare Down" to start a blocking session
  • Selected apps and websites are blocked for your chosen duration
  • When you're done, your apps come back automatically

  BUILT FOR REAL COMMITMENT
  • Strict Mode prevents you from ending a session early
  • Hold to Unlock requires a 30-second intentional hold to unblock
  • Emergency Unbrick gives you 5 monthly overrides for genuine emergencies

  YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS
Pare uses Apple's built-in Screen Time technology. Your data never leaves your device — no accounts, no analytics, no tracking. We
literally cannot see what apps you block.

  PRICING
Download free and try 3 blocking sessions. Love it? Unlock unlimited sessions and all modes for a one-time $1.99 purchase. No
  subscriptions, ever.

Pare means "to strip away excess." That's exactly what it does.
