I can keep up with how many days I am nicotine free and it will periodically give health improvement updates, which i find very motivating! Also, I like that this app doesn’t have a paywall.

I built this app for myself to help reduce my vaping. I’ve been using it for over a month now and I’m vaping half as often as I used to. I’m shocked at how much a simple schedule helps me stay on track.
