I’m a busy mother of two with not much free time these days and often feel frazzled on a daily basis. Pareful has allowed me to focus on my own wellbeing and I love how the episodes really do consider the pressure parents face. Loving it.

Like many new parents, I’ve really been struggling with my sleep or lack of it, so the sleep episodes have really helped my sleep quality and I’m feeling more energised. Great to have an app dedicated to parents.

This App is absolutely fabulous, for me the affirmation tab was incredibly helpful as I can be a father with self doubt and negative thoughts around my parenting. It has really helped to build my confidence and promote a more positive mindset which in turn feeds into my children and my family.
