Well I am a teenager from India and my school came across many apps for online sessions but they chose this app this app is the worst and all my friends prefer to zoom app which is better than this and this does not at all work during exams and it almost crashed my iPad mini so I recommend other schools to choose other apps like zoom and not like this app

Worst app for ever

On 21-9-2020 paid Rs. 10000 as second term fee. The amount debited from my account and credited to SPHS account! But in this App it says transaction is failed! Sent feed back to you several times but no use!

I’m unable to launch the application. 

1.Tried to uninstall the application and reinstall it

2.Uninstalled the application, reboot the phone and installed the application

3. Offload the app and reinstalled it but still the same.

Please advise what can be done as I can not get the updates from son’s school

 I’m using an iPhone XR

Hi team,
 My two kids are studying at same school. So by using this I am unable to add my 2nd kid account on same instance. I don’t see the provision to add 2nd account in the same phone.
