For starters the app freezes on a white page every other time I open it. I then have to delete from my phone and reload at least once a day. I then have to put in two account identifiers and two passwords. The app does not save any login details. The passwords are so similar and obviously but there is no option to reset them. My banking app is easier to get into and ironically still more secure. Once in the app the information is ok but there are many poor quality issues. For example photos can be seen of you child but you can not expand them or download them. I m paying thousands each month and I can’t keep photos of my child. That’s poor service. The toileting is set up for nappy changes so when it comes to potty training the staff are not able to report if the child used the loo, only that a nappy has been changed. The app does not notify you at the end of the day when you enroute to collect whether there are any forms to sign or even if the daily report is available to view. So after breaking into the app there might be no information. This frustrating process might then require you to delete app and reload 10 mins later so you can enter the app to see if it’s been updated. Overall this is the worst app I have ever had to buy (literally paying thousands each month) and I have no choice over it without changing care providers. ### 1/5 — cool but... *2019-04-30* my mathematics score is kinda low bro so until you guys raise it i’m voting 1 star ### 1/5 — Terrible *2018-11-08* Never works and support team just refer everything back to the nursery who can’t do anything from their end. Entries appear and then disappear when a new one is added. User experience is terrible. My nursery has taken time to upload lots of photos and I can’t view more than the first two of each series. For no apparent reason I’m also unable to view written feedback even though my partner’s log-in shows this. Settings and displays are hard to navigate. Overall, a really disappointing app. I find it hard to understand why nurseries are paying for this! ### 1/5 — Nursery Code? *2020-08-14* What is a nursery code? I did what it said, and it just sat there. Nothing happened. ### 1/5 — Not fit for purpose *2020-07-05* App freezes and no photos can be viewed. It never loads the sign in page no matter how many times I try. The webpage used to work and no longer shows pictures. So no messages and no chance of real time communication without notifications. Forces nursery back to using the telephone. Annoyingly the software is very slow to load a sparsely populated timeline. My only suggestion for improvement (or question) would be to be able to add a sibling onto the same account, we have 2 children at the same educational facility that used this app and would like to know if both can appear on the same log in since there is a section for “family” and it states there are 2 in the group (myself and one child) I’m told this isn’t possible but would really like to be able to access updates on both children without having to log in and out under a new account, please let me know if this is possible. Thank you ### 3/5 — Nice but has a lot to improve *2018-10-26* Every time i have to enter username, password, etc. I can’t download the photos that nursery took from my child. I suggest to add a message section so that parents can send a message easily to the nursery. For example i’d like to remind the nursery to give my child’s milk or medicine today. Also it is better that we could see who is the key person, and who entered the data. Adding notifications are also nice. So every time the nursery added something about my child activity, i can be notified. It is also nice to have a section for the nursery to put their pdfs, news, parents meeting,etc. ### 3/5 — Nice app, shame about the insecure sign up process *2018-01-23* Like the app, great to see a real time view of accounts and child’s activites during the day. However, could you please provide a secure signup process for new parents to register? Having to email your care provider with a username and password for them to set you up is a big risk as all the required credentials will be plain text in one place. Why not provide a secure signup website and then you just give your provider the username so they can link you to your child. Also it would be useful if the app could ‘remember’ at least some of the login info, particularly provider code. ### 2/5 — Could do better *2023-10-24* Filtering to all events in the newsfeeds hides the Learning observations, so you have to filter to just to those if you want to see them. Videos uploaded to the photos area don’t playback, they just crash the app when you try to play them. I have not been able to view any pictures for the past 5months even though nursery are uploading pictures weekly. Pictures cannot be downloaded which is a real shame since you can’t save them! You should be able to see who is filling out the daily diary since sometimes there are errors and would be nice to be able to know who to speak to at the nursery. Also needs a section to leave messages for the nursery same way as they leave messages for us. ### 2/5 — Frustrating *2019-08-13* A very frustrating app to use. Please ad the following: Full screen support for iPhone X phones. The ability to remember username and login with Face ID. I don’t want to have to type in my login and password each and every time. Full screen photos. I would like the photos of my children to fill the screen. The ability for the nursery to upload multiple photos at the same time.
