It has amazing courses and books to buy at a reasonable price. I like the routine feature where I can track when my baby sleeps, eats, wake window etc . The adaptive routine feature has changed my life it is amazing. There are four options of in-app purchase: 1. The premium version which gives daily play activities, recipes AND the responsive routine. 2. The ai chatbot who knows your baby and gives very nuanced private advice. 3. My books that are then delivered on an e-reader 4. Our courses. We do it this way to keep the price of each low so that you can pick and choose. Being sleep deprived and not having the capacity to plan or keep track of feedings and sleep, the App takes care of that for you. The weekly videos and articles are so informative and right on point of what we are dealing with. Love the suggestions for stimulation and activities to bond with our little one. The App is user friendly and just a pleasure to use. The age-appropriate content is consistently excellent, providing valuable insights into developmental goals through weekly videos. The drip-feed approach makes the information more memorable. The app's functionality for tracking sleep and feeding timing is great, and the routine feature is fantastic for anticipating your baby's needs. The solid food section is absolutely phenomenal, offering detailed guidance and timing. Overall, Parent Sense has everything a parent needs – from sleep tips to play ideas. I couldn't be more impressed; this app is truly fantastic. ### 5/5 — This App Changed My Life! *2023-11-27, version 2.33.1* I love this app. Meg Faure’s courses, that one can do in the app, are incredible. She really held me as a new mom by teaching me to look out for my baby’s cues. The new Chatbot, Aiah, is however a complete game changer! I chat to her a couple of times a day, asking her all sorts of things- her replies are spot on and take all my anxiety away. ### 5/5 — A fantastic App for moms of little babies *2023-11-17, version 2.33* The app is fantastic for all moms with babies under the age of 1. You will have access to all the baby information that you can think of. Aiah is the new added Chatbot on the app that can answer most questions on demand. It’s like having an OT and dietitian in the palm of your hand. I still ask questions relating to my kids and they are actually almost 2 years old and 6 years old. The courses that you can buy on the app are all great and so relevant. ### 4/5 — Health tips *2023-07-06, version 2.31* I love the app and everything it provides, but I would love it if you could read the health tip that pops up in full. I got the app with our first 3 years ago, and still loving it. Makes parenting easy as I don’t have to remember the schedule or times. Time tracking, weight and vaccinations with informative articles. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — It will not allow me to log in *2025-08-10, version 2.36.7* I have already completed the sign up process and have indicated that I am with one of the corporate partners. I have received the emails about my access etc. however, when I try to go back into the app, it asks me to complete the sign up process and then when I put in my Discovery membership number, it says it’s already been used. Obviously I know it has but the app does not give another way to log in and access. Please help. ### 1/5 — Not worth it *2025-04-18, version 2.36.1* Not only do I think it’s not worth the money, but some of the suggestions are just terrible. Screen time for my 7 month old?? Do you even do research on what screens do to baby’s brain? And leaving baby in her own room at 6 months and switching off the monitor! This is scary advice to be throwing around. And then on the worth it point… some of the activities are as simple as read to your child, bath your child, take your child on outings… I’m sorry, but I don’t need to pay someone to tell me these things. Then rather use the free unicef app. Maybe if you’re using it for tracking it would be helpful, but I mainly wanted it for the activity ideas ### 1/5 — Crashing no longer opens *2023-11-13* This app was my go to app in tracking my babies feeding and sleep. I have not used this app for about 2 months and today decided to try and open it as I wanted some sleep advice for baby. It is no longer opening just crashing each time. I have paid for it so this is unexpected. Is there anyway this can be resolved, developer? **Developer response:** Have you updated your app? If that doesn’t work, please email us ### 1/5 — Can’t login *2023-11-04, version 2.31.1* I’m having issues logging back into the app after I have already made the payment for the paid-for version. It doesn’t want to send a reset password option to my email address and says I need to use the log in with Facebook option, but once I do that, it shows an error on the apps side? I have logged a complaint via email but haven’t received any feedback? ### 1/5 — Disappointing *2023-08-24* I was initially excited to use this app and had it downloaded all through my pregnancy, waiting for that day I can input my babies birth and enjoy the app and all the great benefits I thought came with it. Since trying to use it the app has crashed many times and does not allow me to go onto it, I don’t know why that is. Also the best features that I was looking forward to have to be bought but I’m hesitant since the app seemingly does not work well enough and I do not want to waste money. Ps the parents looking for a general app to count feedings and diaper changes should try huckleberry, doesn’t create a schedule but way more useful then any other app I have tried. **Developer response:** Hi Fatima, so sorry to hear of your experience. But to experience them you will need to full version. ### 1/5 — The book I bought is not available *2023-02-03, version 2.30* I downloaded the app to use it once my baby is here and to read the books for now. Every time I close the app the book I bought disappears and if I click on the book it wants me to pay for it again. I really want to use the app later but it is really frustrating if the books I bought are not there. Can someone please help me or let me know how I can access the books I bought. ### 1/5 — Glitchy *2022-04-12* Heard about this app through a podcast and was really looking forward to it. My baby is 4 months and I put in the correct birthdate, even had me confirm her age before proceeding. But then now it just has her at 0 weeks and It doesn’t look like I can change it. **Developer response:** Hi Judy, we have tracked your account down and it appears that you did not input a valid date of birth. We are emailing you to help you get it sorted out. ### 1/5 — Scam *2022-01-31* I wanted to have the 14 day trial. Only after purchasing the app and trying to cancel it 10 minutes later was the information available about which purchasing option had to be selected for the trial. I chose the one that was selected by default which was the wrong one. There is no way to contact anybody since their contact page is down. This app is completely useless for me since my child has food allergies and this is not taken into account. He can’t have 90% of the meals. I never would have purchased this without the trial. Have had to delete and reinstall the app twice in as many days as the first opening after installation is the only place i see a log in screen. Perhaps a bug, or is the log in option in a really obscure place? ### 1/5 — Dreadful experience *2021-08-24* The concept looks good, however I should have listened to the 1 star review!!! To be able to view what is in the app you must subscribe- fair enough you get 2 weeks free trial...or do you?! I naively thought I will enjoy the app so I have selected the £18 option, but to my surprise there is no way to cancel this one, no 2 weeks free and on the top of that no communication from the developers!! Everything you need in one app. *2025-10-28, version 2.37.3* I love using the tracker to track my babies naps (especially in those newborn days) and now I love the suggested schedule page for nap times, feeding times etc. It has tons of useful materials and courses which I don’t think I have even touched the surface of. I have also only recently discovered the built in AI where you can ask questions and receive detailed answers back.
