### 5/5 — The best parental control software

*2026-06-30, version 8.0.2*

To be honest, I don’t know from where the negative opinions come. My more than 1 year experience with Mobicip is excellent. Especially thanks to the possibility to import bulk lists as the allowed or blocked and phrases blocking feature. For me, it is top of the top. Better than Qustodio where there is no possibility to import bulk list of websites. Of course, as in other parental controls, such as Qustodio, sometimes technical glitches happen, but support is available very quickly. Truly recommend. With Mobicip my recovery from addiction is much, much easier.
Great job!

### 5/5 — Great app to track my kids screen time

*2026-06-27*

I use Mobicip for tracking my kid’s iPads and it is very helpful to know the time they spend on their devices. It works well, the support team responds quickly and helps with installation and any other issues. I recommend this app to other parents.

**Developer response:** @MSSK2026, thank you for your wonderful review! We’re delighted to hear that Mobicip has been helpful in managing device usage time and that our support team was able to assist you quickly and efficiently. ### 5/5 — It works

*2026-06-01, version 8.0*

I think this is a great app frankly, it’s the only one I can use that actually works in terms of decent parental controls on Apple phones for kids.

### 4/5 — I like it, but I just want to add one more thing and then I’ll give you five star

*2025-12-24, version 7.7.13*

I want it where you can see what your child’s doing live 24 seven because some of my children are sneaky and I don’t know which ones still on the trade so and then I can go back to the history and check and it plays clips what they were on and it shows their screen 24 seven live

### 5/5 — Good control

*2025-11-14, version 7.7.9*

The app allows good control over multiple devices. Allows you to set multiple settings per day. I like the flexibility. It can take time to get the settings just the way you want them to work. App support are very helpful.

### 5/5 — Works well

*2025-11-07, version 7.7.9*

The app has been pretty user friendly and allowed for specific adjustments to our needs. We had some issues with unintentional blockages but the support staff has been very helpful.

### 5/5 — Great parental control application

*2025-10-22, version 7.7.9*

I have been using Mobicip since 2021. The app is consistent is alerting me what my kids are doing online and it’s easy to pause their screen time with a click of a button. The customer service has been great in answering all my questions and I totally recommend Mobicip as a trustworthy parental control tool.

### 5/5 — Tried them all

*2025-10-20, version 7.7.8*

Tried virtually all major parental control apps (7 of them). They all pretty much claim to be able to do the same things but this one is the only one that gave me the scheduling flexibility I needed.

### 5/5 — Big help for parents

*2025-09-17, version 7.7.6*

Big help for parents Being able to approve apps and set screen time has been such a relief. My kid still has freedom, but I know they’re safe with Mobicip parental control on my son's iphone. Thank you!

### 5/5 — highly recommend!!

*2025-09-09, version 7.7.6*

We love this!! I had it for my niece and it helped me keep her on track with homeschool and minimize distractions. I highly recommend it! Super user friendly. When my kids are old enough to need this I will gladly use it.

### 5/5 — Over a Decade of Trust — A Must-Have for Every Family

*2025-08-07, version 7.7.5*

We’ve been using Mobicip for well over a decade with multiple children, and it has been absolutely essential in keeping them safe online. In a world where kids are bombarded with content from every direction, Mobicip has given us complete peace of mind and total control over their digital lives—while still fostering a sense of trust and respect.

Through its powerful filtering tools, flexible scheduling, and intuitive interface, we’ve been able to manage internet access around homework, sleep, and free time. It’s helped protect our kids from inappropriate content, online threats, and social media pitfalls—everything that worries a parent about the digital world.

One of the things we value most is how Mobicip has shaped the way our children view online safety. They’ve never seen it as a tool to spy on them, but as a shield—something put in place to protect them from dangers they couldn’t yet understand.
As a teacher, I believe so strongly in Mobicip that I include it in my annual Back-to-School Night presentation. I’ve shared our personal success story with countless parents, many of whom have gone on to use Mobicip with their own children. Time after time, they return to thank me and share their own positive results. It’s been incredibly rewarding to see how introducing one powerful tool can ripple out to benefit so many families.

Mobicip has been a constant, effective, and invaluable presence in our parenting toolkit—and I can’t recommend it highly enough. If you’re a parent looking to guide your kids safely through the digital age, this is the partner you want.

Thank you, Mobicip, for a decade of peace of mind, and for helping raise a generation of resilient, informed, and protected kids.

### 2/5 — Totally unreliable

*2025-08-03, version 7.7.5*

Yet another parental app that just does not work, sometimes it does, most times it doesn’t. I had one child registered on it. The following day I had another 3 random children on it. Why can’t these app people get it right.

### 4/5 — .

*2025-06-05, version 7.7.3*

I wish the API is easier

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — It doesn’t work properly

*2026-07-11, version 8.0.3*

.

### 1/5 — Immediate failure

*2026-04-30, version 7.7.15*

I installed the software on my son’s Windows laptop. The first website he went to was his school’s homework portal. Half the content was missing. I could see on my phone that he had accessed the site, but there was no alert at all about blocked content that would allow me to fix the problem.

I expect the default settings of an app like this to need tweaking. I don’t expect it to block content with no explanation, and I don’t have the patience to engage with technical support on my very first use. Look elsewhere.

### 1/5 — I hate it

*2026-03-17, version 7.7.15*

I hate it

### 1/5 — Shady Company

*2025-10-19, version 7.7.8*

This is a shady organization. Any organization that lets you sign up with one click, but then gives you a complete runaround, and makes you request in writing when trying to cancel is not a company worth doing business with.

### 1/5 — Hate it

*2025-08-29, version 7.7.6*

As a teenager, I hate it. No, it’s not because of rules or teenage restrictions or whatever, but because I would be on MY SCHOOL’S WEBSITE and after like ten minutes it would be blocked. Also, my parent never get alerts for any requests AND I would get up and check my phone. This would be the first time on my phone that day and everything would already be blocked. WAY too much mistakes.

### 1/5 — Horrible app

*2025-08-29, version 7.7.6*

Quite controlling. Leaves no Room for trustful requests between kids and parents. Not well built. Blocks some app but leaves other. Don’t get any sort of perennial controls, it will be bypassed eventually anyway.

### 1/5 — sorry but………..NO

*2025-05-28, version 7.7.3*

I am a child who's parents have installed this app on my personal phone. So far, despite it blocking some questionable words, such as "pink", it has been a relatively good app for my parents and I. Although, on occasion, my widgets will disappear and I will have a new shortcut with the Mobicip icon titled "Peregrine". I have generally ignored this, fixed my home screen, and assumed it to be a glitch. Although, today the "glitch" reappeared and I was unable to open apps or download them as they were restricted.
Yet, it isn't just inappropriate apps or something, I'm not even capable of launching the Mobicip app. I can only launch websites and the App Store. It's only 2:00 in the morning so I will see if the glitch stops, but, please, moderators of Mobicip, if you could tell me any information that would be great!

### 1/5 — It SUUUUUUUUCKS

*2025-04-28, version 7.7.3*

I do not like this app, it prevent me from using other apps
If you’re reading this Mobicrap, prepare to die

### 1/5 — Garbage

*2025-02-19, version 7.7*

It was terrible after my daughter stopped using it it would not stop filtering everything 😠😤😡

*2025-01-19, version 7.6.4*

### 5/5 — great app for parents

*2026-07-28, version 8.0.3*

great app for parents. have two teen agers and love it

### 5/5 — Kept my kid safe

*2026-07-25, version 8.0.3*

My son just turned 18. He’s had Mobicip on his phone since he was 14. I feel like it gave him the freedom to use his phone, but provided enough controls to keep him safe. Thank you, Mobicip!

### 5/5 — Peace of mind when my kids are online

*2026-07-20, version 8.0.3*

As a mom of 2 boys, I find this app incredibly helpful. I can let them freely use the internet knowing that they will not stumble across any inappropriate content. Additionally I am able to set limits on their screen times as well, all manageable in a single app.

### 5/5 — Trust and peace of mind

*2026-07-14, version 8.0.3*

I’ve been using Mobicip to monitor my son’s online activity, and it has been a very positive experience for our family. It gives me peace of mind by allowing me to stay informed about how he uses his devices without feeling the need to constantly check in on him. The location feature has also been incredibly helpful, especially when he’s out, as it allows me to know that he’s safe.
What I appreciate most is that Mobicip has helped me see how responsible he is online. That has strengthened the trust between us while still giving me the reassurance that everything is going well. Overall, Mobicip has been a great tool for our family, and I would gladly recommend it to other parents looking for a thoughtful way to stay connected and informed.

### 5/5 — Mom’s favorite app

*2026-07-01, version 8.0.2*

With summer break, my kids definitely have more free time, so Mobicip has been really helpful. As a mom of a 15-year-old and an 8-year-old, I love being able to use schedules to manage their screen time and plan out the week. The home screen makes it easy to quickly see how much time they've spent on their devices each day. It helps me keep an eye on things without constantly asking, "How long have you been on your iPad?" or "Isn't it time for a break?" Managing screen time has been so much easier this summer, and it's given our family a better balance between screen time and other activities.

### 5/5 — 8 years of Mobicip

*2026-06-30, version 8.0.2*

We signed up for Mobicip when our son started using his own computer (6th) and got a cell phone (7th). He has graduated now and is 18. We have gone a different route that is more about accountability than parental controls. But Mobicip has been a huge part of his journey. It also gave me a huge peace of mind to know that he was safe online, and I could always see what was going on with his browsing and app usage.
