## What is ParenText?

ParenText brings business SMS and MMS messaging to iPhone and iPad. Available to any company or organization, ParenText gives your team organizational messaging using assigned business numbers.

• Send and receive text messages.
• Share photos and videos in multimedia messages.
• Use shared contact lists supplied by your organization.
• Send an update to a contact list or selected recipients. Replies arrive as individual conversations.
• See delivery status and manage unread conversations.
• Authorized supervisors can view accounts and conversation histories within their organization.

New organizations can request enrollment at https://synchresis.net/apps/ptext/enroll. No invitation or previous relationship with Synchresis is required. Synchresis assists with organization setup, business verification and applicable A2P 10DLC registration, then provisions staff accounts and messaging service.

The app is free to download and requires an organization account. The organization pays for the hosted service at US$25 per user per month, including unlimited SMS for legitimate business use, subject to acceptable use, and photo/video MMS. An enrollment request does not start billing.

Sign in with the account provided by your organization. Account access, messaging service and phone numbers are managed by your organization. Messages and shared media are stored on the service and may be reviewed by authorized organizational supervisors.
