It’s extremely glitchy and has to be constantly closed and reopened to get anything done. It hangs up more than any app I have ever had. According to the reviews, it’s a known issue. I recently got an iPhone 11. Since then I get the error message “invalid credentials”. The credentials work on my iPad just not on my phone. The major issue is that it keeps switching back to the first student every time you click on a section. Sometimes, when you it would shows the name of the second student but the grades would still belong to the first. It’s possible the school has set up its version in a way that lead to these flaws. I’m giving 3 stars based on the stability over that time. That said if my first use was in the last month I’d want to assign 0 stars! This because neither the parents nor students version of the app has worked in weeks, this is TERRIBLE! Plus Portals Fix your apps!
