The ParentVUE mobile app helps parents stay informed and connected by providing day-to-day insight into the student’s academic experience. The mobile app works with Synergy® Student Information System (Synergy® SIS) in much the same way as the web portal, allowing parents to view student classroom assignments and scores, attendance, demographic information, and much more. • How to find your school district and login information • - The ParentVUE mobile app may request location permission to find school districts using Synergy® SIS. Alternatively, you can search for your school district by providing the zip code of the district office. ParentVUE lists all school districts near your location or the provided zip code. - The ParentVUE mobile app uses the same user login as the web-based portal. If you need help, please contact your school district’s administration for user login information. • Requirements • - Only school districts using Synergy® SIS v2025 and higher can support the ParentVUE mobile application. This app is underdeveloped, hard to navigate, you can’t make any changes or edit documents even though it gives the option to. you cannot upload anything on your student profile either. The online registration part is flawed and delayed on the parents end and the teachers end. Even the synergy website login is difficult and underdeveloped. Definitely not a ready to use platform in my opinion. Since my school district has already swapped from using skyward which i loved and was easy to operate… i don’t think anyone tested the synergy platform out before making the change. PLEASE WORK OUT THE KINKS! ### 4/5 — Easy log in *2026-08-16* Can’t give it 5 stars yet as I just downloaded the new app today. I had no issues logging with my previous log info. It was actually easier to log in than the previous version. The navigation part of the app doesn’t seem too complicated just different than the previous versions, but look pretty self explanatory. ### 2/5 — Painfully and fatally slow *2026-08-14* Forced to start using this newer version for my child’s school. It’s slow to the point of inefficiency and significant frustration and trying to do anything on the app. It will take 5 full minutes to be able to log in and navigate to one function. It’s going to be problem for sure. ### 1/5 — Terrible App *2026-08-14* Every time I try to login I receive error messages about wrong credentials and now Im told my acct was deactivated. When I was able to open the app I could view almost everything but the email messages. It would time out when trying to access them. I received an email a few weeks ago to download the new app which is still this but same dumb errors. ### 2/5 — Can’t get logged in. *2026-08-13* My kids school uses this app. It’s new apparently. I can’t get it to log me in. It always says my account is disabled. I’ve contacted the school via email and they helped me some. Still can’t get access to the app. So I’ve just saved the school website on my home page of my phone. Very frustrating. I can access my kids school info via the website but not the app. At least I can still see their school info and all. ### 1/5 — Slow and not working properly *2026-08-12* Unfortunately, the new version of the app is very slow and frustrating to use. Many of the options and buttons are not responding when I tap them, and I’m unable to access the features I need. The previous version worked much better. This one never even logs in! I press the login button after entering my credentials and then…nothing!
