Thank you. ### 2/5 — GPS unreliable *2024-07-05, version 2.11.9* Clocking in and out often problematic as app states poor gps even when all navigation and map apps show location accurately. _______ Update on above after 7 months Despite recent updates and looking through YEARS of reviews and using various make/model of phone, the GPS logging STILL doesn't work accurately!! 15 mins after pressing Clock On and the 'I'm on site' location remains the same despite me using it as I move around site to several areas 100's of meters from where I clocked on. Available and unavailable should be solid green and solid grey not a tiny thin faint line that is difficult to see. ______ Still same, still not clear to see. When scrolling calendar list the month should hold at the top of the screen. Remainder of app is good. ________ No attempt made to use most Apple customs. ### 3/5 — Good but can be better *2024-01-03* I'm currently working with two agencies and I would love to browse through both at a glance, especially getting shift notifications from both! But Parim only allows one agency at a time. But within the first minutes of trying to access the app it has been a nightmare. No email with log in details, it just expects you to know a password you’ve not been given and there is no option to create one. They even fail at the task of sending you an automated password reset email. Which is some simple code. My company has increased the range but still I am getting the issue. I tried with Apple if there was any issues with the phone but they did not find anything. I factory reset the phone and only installed PARiM app even then I am getting the issue. ### 1/5 — Iphone 6 user *2021-11-18* Was a good app at first then 2 days in the app crashed and would not open at all. Would open for a second then constantly go off, tried uninstalling it and restarting my phone. Got nothing ### 1/5 — Update! *2021-11-17* Since the update I have been unable to do my check ins and keeps informing me to check my internet connection which has been fine. Concerned as don’t know if the app will allow me to clock out. ### 1/5 — ARA MEDICAL STAFFING *2021-10-02* I used this app to work for ARA MEDICAL STAFFING SOLUTIONS. They tried to pay me $5 hour less than what they told me first check. Then my third and final check I told them my hours were wrong on my check and they refused to fix it. I sent them screen shots of my time from app and they told me not text them that had been paid. I’m now having to pay an attorney because it’s the point that they worked me and won’t pay me. I know I’m not the first.
