### 2/5 — Can’t update

*2024-07-25*

I received a notification saying I should get the Olympic 2024 app update, but I can’t!
I’m also annoyed that I have to transfer my adult family’s tickets to each of them & they have to each download the app as well. Why can’t we all be in one phone when we arrive for our events?
Not impressed.
Now I can’t even chose a nickname, that is a word NZ word, which I’m sure is not ‘already taken’. …

### 2/5 — Workaround Fix for Downloading Tickets

*2024-07-23*

Had the issue of someone trying to transfer me multiple tickets. First one prompts you to download the app, create sign in, etc. works fine. Second one just takes you back to the App Store and prompts you to Open the app. Once the app is open, nothing happens.

You’ve got to delete the app after each ticket that gets transferred. Using the link for the next ticket you’ve got to re-download the app and log in again. Then the second ticket will transfer and so on.

Amazing to think that they didn’t even QC test for someone being transferred multiple tickets. Wow.

### 1/5 — Can’t see digital tickets. Missing Hospitality ticket info on this app

*2024-07-21*

There is very little time for them to get this fixed. I leave in 2 days and can’t access any digital tickets on anything now, and my hospitality tickets aren’t showing up on this app at all. Supposed to be going to opening ceremonies, but have to do something by the time I fly out. Not happy………

### 1/5 — Ara

*2024-07-17*

Useless app. Half of my tickets do show in the app. Cannot transfer them. Have sent 25-30 emails. No super what so ever.

### 1/5 — No tickets showing

*2024-07-16*

My son purchased tickets in March 2023. A week to go he is still unable to see his tickets in the App. Downloaded the app several times in different devices - nothing !!! Utterly hopeless. Automated responses - no real person to respond. Flights and accommodation all booked and no tickets. SHOCKINGLY BAD.

### 1/5 — Very Frustrating

*2024-07-16*

We have spoken on the phone multiple times to the hospitality ticket people. To speak with someone is over an hour wait on the phone each time.
They say we "should" see the tickets to show up in the app, "later today". Still nothing shows up. Very low confidence in this app. I see a message saying the app needs to be updated for 5 straight days. Yet, there is no update available.
Wow, if this app crashes it is going to be a disaster.

### 1/5 — Worst ticketing platform ever

*2024-07-16*

This app and the ticketing and seating situation at the Paris Olympics is absolutely pathetic. When ordering seats, you have virtually no idea where you’ll be sitting. There are general A, B, C, etc. zones around the venue on a map. But your $500 seat could end up in a corner of the court with almost no view. You have no way to select or choose amongst the seats at that price. I’ve never seen something so stupid.
Further, when reselling, you’re charged in multiple ways both for buying and selling the tickets — which cannot be sold at a premium. While I appreciate this dissuades scalpers, at the very minimum you should be able to recover all your cost for the sale of the tickets — including fees.
Developers and planner should be ashamed of this platform. It’s ludicrous. And there’s nothing the consumer can do about it.

### 1/5 — Feels like a scam

*2024-07-14*

I have been trying to get access to tickets transferred to me for weeks. Customer service asks for the same information over and over that they already have access to in my profile. Their only suggestions are “try it again”. It is crazy to me that there is no alternative to using their app given how terrible it is. This is a bad look on the whole ticketing process FOR THE OLYMPICS.

### 1/5 — Worst app ever

*2024-07-14*

App has bugs. Opening ceremony tickets cannot be resold on the app, although option is available for other tix. This is a common problem. No help from customer service who just email canned responses back, which are not helpful. So many of us trying to resell thousands of dollars worth of tickets.

### 1/5 — Very frustrated ticket buyer

*2024-07-14*

I purchased tickets/hospitality more than a month ago. I have registered online and completed the invitation for guests section. However my tickets (invitations) still do not show up online or on the mobile app!!!!!
The games start less than three weeks and I am flying from the U.S. and spent loads of money for these tickets. PLEASE ADVISE ASAP!!!!

### 1/5 — Where is my ticket?!?

*2024-07-12*

I am unable to understand how it is that hospitality tickets are more difficult to access than standard tickets! I purchased my ticket a month or so ago and have done everything I was asked to do and I have yet to receive the ticket. Where is it?!? It is almost time for the games and I cannot understand why or how this is happening. Surely there has to be a easier way

### 1/5 — Lost tickets, no support, poor result.

*2024-07-11*

There appears to be no customer support available on the telephone. After several 30 minute holding periods, I let it remain on hold for 2 hours and still no answer. Email replies are of little value, resulting in my experience with this process to be questionable.

Dear On Location,

Hire staff to pick up the phone, and solve these issue.

This is a bit concerning,

Mark Seski

### 1/5 — Unable to resell tickets

*2024-07-09*

I have tried to put the opening ceremony tickets to resell and the all never shows the option to do it. It only works for other types of events. I have tried to delete, update and logout from the application but it is still not working. I see people on Facebook reselling tickets. How is this possible?

### 1/5 — Tickets

*2024-07-08*

No tickets appear in my account, however I have an email the they were transferred to me. I did the chat for 2 hours no help. Surely there has to be a better way!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Can’t log in

*2024-08-20*

Got the email saying I have to use this app to transfer my tickets but when I log in it just redirects to an error page. Help!

### 1/5 — Cumbersome app

*2024-08-05*

A cumbersome app with a ridiculously cumbersome process of transferring tickets. Frankly joke of an app.

### 1/5 — Not fit for purpose

*2024-08-01*

I need to use the app to access my events but it won’t even let me sign in. It sends you to the website where you’re placed in a ticketing queue then when it’s your turn to access the page to merely sign in, it’ll redirect you nowhere and keep you on this endless loop.

### 1/5 — Epic fail

*2024-08-01*

Most convoluted ticket process I have ever seen. Paid, waiting for weeks, half our tickets showed and the other half didn’t. They don’t answer emails, hold times are 45 minutes plus (could be longer no one ever picked up the call)

This site is overrated, if Zero stars were an option, this site would receive many.

EPIC FAIL!!!!!!

### 1/5 — App will not register

*2024-07-31*

Downloaded, but will not allow me to register.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t update

*2024-07-30*

I was offering tickets for sale and closed this, confirmed on website. App still says they’re for sale

### 1/5 — Garbage

*2024-07-26*

Booked 6 tickets saw 2
Lots of feedback saying the same

### 1/5 — Cannot resell

*2024-07-25*

Among many other issues noted by reviewers, the app is not allowing me to list my tickets for resale. When I try to list them, the app opens a blank splash page, which I cannot interact with or open in a browser. Resale is apparently only available through the app, so listing them on a desktop browser is not an option. What a debacle.

### 1/5 — No Tickets showing on App

*2024-07-24*

I ordered tickets and I still cannot see them on App. I have contact the ticket customer service and they keep telling me they will appear. I have removed and downloaded the app and still nothing 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

### 1/5 — This is bad enough to feel like a scam

*2024-07-24*

Some tickets were delivered. Other tickets were not delivered. After hour-long waits, people would answer the phone up to last week. I called a dozen times. Every time they end the call without solving the issue, and the follow up emails don’t even address the subject of the problem. The phones now go without answer. I have friends now trying to get into stadium for first soccer games waiting hours at the onsite ticketing office to try and fix yet different problems. Cannot imagine a worse experience with this

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Excellent app

*2024-07-15*

The entire purchasing experience has been seamless, and the app has been working great with ease of use and function.

### 5/5 — Easy to use

*2024-07-13*

Surprisingly good, easy to navigate

### 5/5 — Works great

*2024-06-09*

When I downloaded the app, all my purchased tickets populated the app automatically. The ticket information is very complete. My daughter transferred me a ticket that she had purchased for an event, and that too populated the app perfectly.

### 5/5 — Olympics tickets

*2024-05-22*

So far so good, I was able to log in to retrieve my ticket! I did buy my ticket from a reseller so I hope it is valid!

### 5/5 — Flawless so far

*2024-05-16*

... with the endearing Gallic quirk of switching to French unexpectedly ... though I was easily able to toggle back to English. Downloaded quickly, easy log-in to my online account, automatically retrieved all of my tickets correctly, and allowed me to sell some tickets on the resale market very easily.

### 5/5 — question

*2024-05-15*

How to buy tickets for resale

### 4/5 — The claim process for hospitality tickets is a bit confusing

*2024-07-14*

I received an email from Paris 2024 ticketing and a link to claim the hospitality tickets. According to the email, once I click the link, I should be able to see the tickets in the app. But I don’t see them. I called On Location customer service, and tried reinstalling the App, turning on and off airplane mode, nothing works. The customer representative guessed that it may take a day for the ticket to show. I waited for a day and still no tickets in the app.

In the end, it turns out that the issue is that I clicked the link from email on my PC. If I open the email from my phone where the app is installed, everything works. For this confusion, I give the app a lower rating than 5. The instruction should make it clear that the claim process has to be performed on the same phone where the app is installed.

### 3/5 — Seems Fine

*2024-07-17*

I was concerned about being scammed due to the large number of poor reviews. I’m a US based customer and I don’t speak French, so I was weary. Creating the account was easy and didn’t ask for any extraneous information and the “claim links” worked appropriately. Seems legit enough.

### 3/5 — Spectator Guides

*2024-07-12*

Some great spectator guides in the App but why not for Concorde and Stade de France?

So good to have all info in one place.

### 2/5 — Difficult to use

*2024-07-27*

Using on iPhone.
Redirects to the website when looking to book tickets.
Shows a ticket price and then when you click through, says there are no tickets available at that price.
Filters like pricing don’t work fully - will only allow to reduce the max price to 151 EUR even though there are cheaper tickets.
Can only choose all locations or a single one. As there are multiple locations near Paris it make is difficult to see those in one go.
Etc etc ..
