Sorulara anında yanıt veriyorlar, ilk kullanımda şüphelenip de beni ara tuşuna bastığımızda hem Fransa’dan hem Türkiye’den arandık. Uçak 2,5 saat rötar yaptığında ekstra ücret almadılar.  Araç şık, temiz, sürücüler dikkatli kullanıyor. Hem app hem hizmet kusursuz.
