Unselecting items to filter onscreen context (loading zone, disabled, etc) doesn’t apply. The unselected items are still displayed. They also don’t actually tell you anywhere you can’t pay for parking on a guest login anywhere, and the errors it throws are indecipherable gibberish. I found this information from a review. The only reason I was using the app to begin with was because the machines wouldn’t accept any of my cards. It’s truly wild to me that they can charge so much for parking and none of their payment methods actually work. Guess a lot more people get fined that way. tl;dr Barely functional, completely unintuitive and badly developed app, 0/10. ### 1/5 — Paid parking via App but still received fine. *2022-05-26, version 4.8.5* The App itself was so hard to navigate, first time user here and spent ten minutes just trying to find the right bay. I have successfully paid my ticket but still received an Expiation Notice (paid for period between 11am and 12pm, fine issued on 11:49am). The offer to extend the time at an exorbitant rate is an “interesting” feature, I wonder which of the council’s values does it align to. Why would anyone make the “cancel this session” so prominent? ### 1/5 — Unsurprisingly does not work *2021-10-18, version 4.8.5* The app doesn’t work when you want to do the one thing it would be useful for. Being able to top up your parking remotely is a great idea but the execution of this app is a 0/10. ### 1/5 — Can’t even pay for parking *2021-10-01, version 4.8.5* This app is not user friendly at all. I can’t figure out how to actually pay for parking! There’s no onboarding to explain how and it certainly isn’t obvious. I’ve used many parking apps before so am used to using them. It finally went through with 3 mins left. Gave me a receipt from the day befores parking time and then froze and didnt renew had to go down to actual meter. Gets better with each update, glad to see sign up with Apple ID has now been added, just needed to include Apple Pay as a payment option now. ### 4/5 — Wow. So much hate for this App. Not that bad. *2021-01-06, version 4.6.1* I started reading a heap of the bad reviews. Thought this must be a huge disaster. Maybe there’s been a few big upgrades since those bad reviews, cause it’s not a disaster. I reckon it’s pretty good. Easy authentication. Quick to use. Pop in ya bay number and pay. Reminds you when it’s getting close to the time and no going back to the car if you need to extend. Accepts multiple cars. I can park for 15mins to pick up wifey after work and doesn’t cost much. Simples. Yep. Apple Pay would be nice. ### 3/5 — Good idea. But filtering doesn’t work.. *2023-12-18, version 4.8.5* The filtering in the app doesn’t work. (If you unfilter loading zones, disabled and paid parking (and only tick outdoors &/or timed parking), all it shows you are loading zones, disabled and paid parking…) ### 3/5 — Clunky but works *2021-09-29, version 4.8.5* The app could be more intuitive - considering its main purpose is to pay for parking. It took me a few minutes to realize you could not pay for parking with a guest login but that you had to create an account. Once that was sorted it was very easy to use! ### 2/5 — Good idea, terrible app *2023-11-02, version 4.8.5* The app is fairly easy to use and the concept is great, especially as you can remotely extend your parking time. However, the resourcing behind this app makes it almost useless. The app constantly hangs trying to load information meaning it’s faster to just go find a ticket machine. It also gets stuck loading when your time is running out and you need to extend.
