I needed Austin Airport during 2025 spring break and page was blank. Submitted a chat to report and it offered to escalate then told me there was no option to escalate! What was the point of offering with no live crew to support. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2025-08-09* It worked for like a couple times now it won’t load or do anything. I drive a very recognizable vehicle and the picture quality is so poor, that I have yet to recognize my truck. So, right now, I am 0/12 in successfully locating my vehicle. Then it tells you to find your car…. Folks, when I opened this app, I figured it would do 2 things. 1: Tell me how much the parking garage costs to park. 2: Give me an option to tell it where I’m parked. No explanation how the app works, or what to do when you get to the site. 3 stars.
